How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Please consider placing a board in English with the indication that one has to phone in order to get the key code, because the handwritten note in Slovenian was not something we thought might regard us and it took a while to decide trying to phone since text messages were not being answered. I also feel sad for the fish kept in the small dark (and not well kept) tank on the entrance.
The structure is easy to reach, the parking place is close by. Our room was extremely clean, well furnished and broad, with a nice small balcony facing a green area. There was also a tiny efficient kitchen corner.

Very nice apartment, with everything you need. Beautifull view. Good wi-fi and EON TV. Easy and flexible check in and check out.

A nice welcoming lady and smooth checkin. Comfortable beds. Everything super clean. Just close to the motorway, so perfect for overnight stay on your long ride. I and my wife stayed for one night and we enjoyed our stay here. Free private parking is also a good thing.

A little noisy because of the street, but with the window closed and air condition on it was okay.
We chose the room because it is on the Slovenian Camino. Comfortable beds.

No suggestions. Maybe some breakfast offer as there was none available. But there is bakery 600 meters down the road from the facility with lovely products.
The hotel is just lovely. We spent two night on our way and getting back from Switzerland. The second room was absolutely beautiful, we adored it. More space, with a small balcony and oriented opposite from the road (so quieter). Not the traffic is heavy, but if you are like a rabbit when you sleep like I am, you'll feel the difference.

Not clear parking notification, there is bigger space beside the building, but it's not easy to notice at the first glance.
Bed was comfortable. And there was private bathroom, that was great.

Spacious cool room with balcony and kitchenette. The lady of the receptionist is helpful and friendly. We stored our bikes safely. Highly recommended!

An electric jug for making tea/coffee would be good

Bar/restaurant closed around 23:00. That is all right, though we preferred just 1 hour more so late arrivals can have that 1 beer before bed after a day of driving ;-) Furthermore, we could not find the remote of the airco. The wifi-code is in the hallway (not in the room), so an additional paper with password in the room could help for people arriving in a tired brainless mood ;-)
Excellent room for an overnight stay traveling through. Keys are in a safe, so check-in is flexible 24h. The private bathroom and truly nice balcony with flowers give it a homey feel. Furthermore, the outside bar/restaurant and owner have a friendly, welcoming and lively vibe to it. After a day of driving, that was a welcome surprise when checking in.

Curtains could have been better in the room to keep light out in the morning
I had a car so easy for me to get into town as this in the outskirts. Host great instructions for how to access room via lock box.

The apartments are right on a busy main road which means the balcony isn't very pleasant to sit on and the view isn't great.
This was a good budget option. Walk out of town through back lanes quite pleasant and easy to get to by bus, with our bags, stop right outside. Big clean room, coffee shop downstairs.

The only hindrance was that the bulb in the lamp above the kitchen-range was burnt out. If it worked the scores would be better.

If you get noisy neighbors you will hear them well. When we opened the windows it was easy to smell that the area is in active agricultural use and it was far from plesant. Shower had some pronounced black spots in corners/between tiles.
Big free parking next to the main road. The owner was friendly. There is a restaurant/coctail bar in the same building. Kitchenette was well equipped.
