We loved the location right on the slope, the rooms were big and comfortable. We loved the a la carte food, and also the amazing breakfast.

Parking for an extra fee outside the city Attic room is really small, the air-conditioner began to beep in the middle of the night (we did not use it) Strange smell in the room when we arrived (we got rid of it after 8 hours with open windows)

Great place - a bit expensive. The parking is 8E extra but is huge and is just near the hotel. Close to the cable car, few minutes away. Good breakfast.

Lack of vegetables ar breakfast - missed some tomatoes.

Breakfast buffet selection was good, with nice outdoor seating. Location is right by the main lift. Bed was comfortable although tricky to get in/out of, because of the slanted ceiling.

This is definitely not a 4* hotel. Cleanliness was not great, even in common spaces. The main elevator floor had a sticky spilled drink in it for a whole day. It was just cleaned the following day! Shower rubbers completely black with mold. A/C with a sewer smell. Extremely slow Wifi which disconnects every 30 minutes. Not what you expect from 4 star....

Friendly staff and nice location close to the lifts/bike park. Room was big and clean, nice and big bathroom and comfortable bed. Very good price for what you get. For sure i would stay there again.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The room had a nice terrace on which we could drink coffee in the morning and listen to the birds. The breakfast was amazing, big choice of food, the allergens were stated everywhere, which was great for celiac travellers.

The hotel is a bit older, but well maintained. We liked everything.
