How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Superb apartment. Very well furnished and equipped with plenty of attention to detail. Our host warmly welcomed us with coffee and cake! Fantastic place to stay and very handy for the station.

The apartment was fantastic. Everything was perfect. Indira and Harry were great hosts. They offered us vegetables from their garden and made us delicious crepes for breakfast. The apartment was near the shops and everything was within walking distance. The apartment was located in a quiet neighborhood with a free parking place.

The location was amazing and the accommodation was clean and tidy. It was very comfortable and the host was extremely friendly and accommodating.

We stayed in Postojna for a very short time because we were in transit but everything was perfect. We hope to return for a longer stay at Apartma Azzure.

The main room had two double beds, it would have been nice to have a couch in there instead of sitting on the beds.
Our friendly host met us and showed us where we could park. It was walking distance to the town centre and the apartment itself was very spacious.

Good location close to the city center, in a lovely neighborhood. The hosts were great and very helpfull. Also the backyard is fantastic for a cup of coffee

The curtains on all the windows are too small, so it is not so comfortable in the evening when the light is turned on.
The room is large and the beds are comfy. The toilet is small but has everything even the washing machine. There is television and good wifi in the room.

The apartment is spacious, very clean, comfortable, and well located. The kitchen is fully equipped. The staff was super friendly. Anything we needed, they brought it right away. The parking space is convenient and easy to access. Breakfast is €10 per person and very complete and generous. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

I usually tend to complain about things but this time I simply can't. The place is as amazing as is.
Absolutely amazing—this stay exceeded all expectations! The room was exceptionally well-equipped, spotlessly clean, and located in a convenient area. The surroundings were peaceful, yet the downtown area and popular tourist spots were easily accessible. Clear instructions made everything smooth, and the added bonus of parking was much appreciated. Overall, an outstanding experience that I would highly recommend!

The modern apartment is close to the train station in a quiet district and has everything you need for your stay, including shampoo, coffee and more. The owner was very friendly and allowed us to check in early and we even found some welcoming sweets upon arrival. The self check-in and check-out process was very smooth.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful part of the world. The apartment is located at the start of all of the walks around Stara Fuzina and is a short walk to restaurants and shops. The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly.

The shower curtain could use some cleaning. No lights above the bath mirror so your head drops a shadow from the ceiling light on the mirror
2 minutes from the center by car. Parking lliterary 5 meters from the apartment door. Very polite and caring hosts. Nice, quite and safe neighborough

The bathroom set up is bad. the shower curtain only shelter little part. So the floor becomes very wet when you shower. There are s proper sofa on my room

It's not something i didn't like but i wasn't sure how i should dispose/recycle garbage at the property.

The property is an open plan and the beds are all in the living room with no privacy.
Very clean property close to Postojna caves. Easy communication with host. Parking on private grounds.
