Excellent location and very friendly host with excellent suggestions. Wasn't anything flash but for us was exactly what we needed and was a well thought out place. Was very clean also.

It was close to everything. Michael was informative and friendly.

Location - pretty close to Bled lake and a lot of restaurants. Host - the main person that briefed us when we checked in was super accommodating and also did suggest a number of activities/trails we could take whilst in Bled.

Could be a little noisy as the room is above a pub. But with the doors closed, noise is not too loud

Everything! The staff, the people that were hanging out at the bar in the entrance, the comfort, the heating (I forgot to turn it down, so it was steaming hot in the room), the location (5-10 min hike away from the castle). Big thanks to Michael and his mother for making sure I felt home. We even played darts in the evening with locals. No food is served, but there is a kitchen that is equipped with what you might need.

really kind and available staff, who provides advice on things to do. Helpful and always with a smile. The shared kitchen was well-equipped and the room was clean. good localisation, close to the castle and lake

It was really noisy, until late at night and early in the morning. People were yelling downstairs in the bar. The room is not soundproof at all and we barely slept

Although it is an old building, the rooms and bathrooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable. A kind lady accommodated us in a triple room with a private bathroom. We also had a separate entrance. The central part of the town and the lake are a 10-15 minute walk away.

The only black mark is that the rooms are above the bar and until late at night and early in the morning you can hear noises from there.

Everything was very clean, rooms, bathrooms and shared kitchen. Kitchen was well equipped. Michael explained to us everything to see and do while in Bled and was happy to answer any questions. The hostel is above a pub with very cheap beer!

Keep in mind the hostel is on top of a pub so there is a little noise in the mornings/ evenings.

The location of the house is very good, situated just under the castle (5 minutes walk). The surrounding, area is nice and quiet (except for noise from the cafe but just until 11.00 pm). It's possible to get to the room from the cafe and also by using the backdoor The hosts were very kind and helpful.

In the room is a metal cupboard without exact purpose.

Nicely located accomodation, close enough to the bus interchange and to the lake. The people hosting were very nice and helpful, giving good indications or trip ideas! Clean accomodation overall and not too noisy at night. There was a fan which was really helpful as there was not so much air coming from the room window.

The single bed is perhaps not adapted for people that are too tall like I am (1.94 m) because of the wood parts at the bottom of the bed so it wasn't the most comfortable.

We absolutely loved our stay! The host gave us very helpful tips for our time at the lake and everything in the accomodation was great and comfortable.

Nice and warm welcome owner Michael. It's an old property but clean, well equipped with share kitchen. A short walk to most attractions

10 mins to the Lake & Bled Castle No frills, simple but packed with all the necessary amenities for a few nights of good rest. Solo backpacker, but given a double single bed and a dedicated toilet which is just opposite my room. Very convenient. Michael and Mummy are great hosts, always smiling and there to help if you have any queries. They will also share some tips on the nearby attractions. There is a jogging track diagonally opposite. Great track to burn some calories. Coming from a city state this jogging track with a mountain view is welcoming.

It can be dark at night if you need to go to the toilet. Will be good to have a auto light installed in the corridor and program to be functional only at night. Nothing major but I still enjoy the stay.

Michael and his mother were lovely. We had a great stay and enjoyed the balcony where we ate some of our meals.

Lovely staff & amazing location. Rooms are comfy and super clean, as well as the bathrooms - which are private. Thumbs up to the sweet hospitality of the staff and how super available they are. We ADORED it!
