No blackout curtains in the room, so we were woken up by daylight. The room lighting needs improvement, especially bedside lamps — I had to use a headlamp to read. Occasionally a bit noisy since the room is next to apartments with families and children.

Absolutely exceptional breakfast (vegetarian for us) — one of the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. The spa, open from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., is very spacious, well maintained, and with adjustable temperature; we went several times and never saw anyone else there. Bikes, BBQ, pool, and lounge chairs available. Modern and spacious bathroom.

We had a small apartment for one night which was fine. We would book a bigger one if we would stay longer. But this is not a complaint, just a suggestion.

We had a very smooth and friendly check in. The accommodation was nice, all we needed and the whole place is wonderful with the pool, playground, sport activities, animals. It was amazing for us and our 3 year old daughter and great we were able to take our dog. We wanted to extend the stay but unfortunately it was fully booked. Definitely can recommend it and would come back.

Amazing place! We had wonderful time there. Dog-friendly, safe, convenient, clean, in beautiful location. They have nice pool and good sauna. Our room had really spacious bathroom. Wonderful hosts, very helpful. No problem with parking space. We recommend booking breakfasts - they are delicious and totally worth having! Breakfasts are served to the room at the agreed time which we find very convenient. You can stay for a few days to relax and you will not get bored at all, but the location is also good for sight seeing. We did trips to Maribor, Olimje, Celje and Kozjanski Park. Highly recommended spot on our travel map!

We stayed there over New Year's and unfortunately found out that it's also a popular gathering place for large groups of students, who of 'course love to throw a party. The walls are thin so we heard everything that was going on, along with very loud music. We weren't able to fall asleep until 3 in the morning. The group also brought fireworks, which in my opinion should be forbidden due to the reindeers being just a couple of meters away from the house. Otherwise we had a wonderful time.

Location is great, just a couple of minutes away from Terme Olimia and Jelenov greben. They have a sauna and an outdoor pool, you can also play table tennis or borrow a bike. The reindeers on the property are so adorable, the hosts also put out dry bread in the mornings so you can feed them. The hosts are very accommodating and nice :)

Twice now when I have gone to check out, their card reader machine does not recognize any of my credit cards. This time I had to drive around 45 minutes to find an ATM to get cash. -- a bit frustrating, so I suppose next time I should make sure to have cash on hand to pay the final bill.

All was ok. The location is very beautiful and there are a lot of activities to do with kids (bicycles, plays, soccer camp, basketball, swimming pool, bbq...). It has been very fun for them!! The apartment had one bedroom and another sofa-bed. The attention had been perfect. Thanks a lot!

Nice residence in the country side of Slovenia, perfectly designed for an escape or a family holiday. Apartment was recently refreshed, with modern furniture, big spaces and properly furnished. Residence services were great, offering you multiple options to spend time with your kids without getting bored at anytime. Location, outside of major city centers, was deep into the green Slovenian country side, offering pure nature touch and atmosphere. Reception was always ready to support us, timely manner even with small apartment inconvenient. Will definitely come back here !

- A small tip is to provide some pepper, salt and olive oil in the kitchen - the bathroom has a bath with shower head, for us personally a shower would be easier but it was not a big issue for us

- We stayed at the big apartment with 2 bedrooms which was very nice and also air conditioned. - Very nice outdoor area where kids can enjoy themselves with nice swimming pool, basketball, pingpong,… - Very nice hosts - Nice breakfast - Good for periode that are looking for a rather quite area - Nice restaurants at a good price in the area - We went to Aquatopia and our kids (8 to 11) really enjoyed it. Also went to Celje and the castle there.
