The family was really friendly and accomodating, the location is beautiful and the estate is very nice for a relaxing vacation. The rooms are cozy and nicely designed.

The breakfast is delicious but it could be slightly elevated by offering coffee not from the machine.

Accommodation among the vineyards is an absolute gem. Beautiful, clean, and fragrant rooms, a lovely pool with the option to use the outdoor kitchen. Excellent wine and tasty breakfasts. The views and surroundings are stunning. The staff are friendly and helpful.

This accomodation is beautiful with spectacular views. Our room had a beautiful balcony from which we watched the sunset. The pool area was stunning under the olive trees with lavender all around. Wine from the vineyard was available to buy at very reasonable cost.

The restuarant was closed. For cyclists like us this meant we had to carry food for a picnic tea from the local shop 2 miles away. We were told ahead of time so it was OK we were prepared.

The property is beautiful and sadly due to travel delays we did not get to fully enjoy it (wish we had gotten to take advantage of their beautiful pool!). Staff was very friendly and kind to wait for our very late check in. The rooms were very comfy and sizable. Breakfast was very good - included a wide spread of options with beautiful views from the dining room.

Although the room had air conditioning unit, and it was running the entire night, it just never cooled down the room, unfortunately. That was the only downside of the entire stay.

Very little. The restaurant is currently closed which means you cannot walk anywhere to eat.

Beautiful surroundings, a charming room, a lovely backyard, and a refreshing pool — all thoughtfully refurbished with great taste and respect for tradition. The wines and breakfast were truly five-star, with special attention to dietary needs, which I sincerely appreciated. We’ll definitely be back!

The breakfast was amazing! All the items where high quality and especially prosguitto of the house was amazing.

We liked the friendly owner who did our check in and out. She suggested which wineries in the area are worth visiting as theirs was closed. The breakfast was amazing, they have it in a dining room with the most amazing view!

We would prefer that there were black out curtains and better wifi coverage.

A perfect peaceful escape. Our room had a balcony overlooking the hilly vineyards, and sitting on it in the early evening or in the morning was pure bliss. The only thing you could hear was the birds chirping. The rooms are tidy and well equipped, the bathroom was spacious and included all the necessary amenities. You can make coffee, tea or even grab a bottle of the family estate wine from the hall in front of the room entrances. The self-service breakfast included everything to your heart's desire, plus you get to eat it in the dining room overlooking the green, hilly vineyards. The pool area also looked very lovely, although we didn't use it since it was still too cold. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway in the beautiful and green Vipava Valley, don't look further.

Nice place for a short vacation.

This is such an amazing retreat for a little bit of relaxation! We were lucky with the weather and were able to spend an hour by the pool. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed but we were still able to do a wine tasting which was great (20 euros for 5 wines and a meat board). The room was great and we spent a very restful evening enjoying the view from the balcony. The tea/coffee facilities were especially welcomed!We'd love to come back and spend some more time here!
