Location is perfect.

Happy wife = happy life is the saying and luckily my wife loved this apartment, so I was safe  We found nice restaurants and caffes in Piran, had a wonderful wellness /spa day in nearby hotel and enjoyed cozy nights in this apartment. It was clean and smelled fresh. Would come again!

A bit small but okay.

I was nervous after reading the reviews, but this place totally surprised me. Yeah, it’s small, but it’s got everything you need—just maybe not for super tall or big folks. We used a blackout curtain to sleep, and no issues at all. The place was clean, smelled good, and came with fresh towels. For fresh air we pop openened the door or the little window in it, and we were good. The street out front was perfect for morning coffee, with sea air in the breeze since the water’s just around the corner. Way better than expected!

We loved how cozy this place was and it's literally 2 minutes walk from the sea front, it's small but it has everything you need and the location is amazing.

The location was excellent. Owner was helpful and instructed the arrival and getting the key very well. Air conditioning worked well - a necessity in the hot weather of July. We were happy to at least have a small table and two chairs in the narrow street outside the apartment, since the apartment itself was tiny.

The apartment was really just a tiny room with a tiny (but nice and clean!) bathroom. The room was dark and humid like a cellar, so in spite of the owner's efforts to decorate it nicely, I cannot say it was very comfortable. We tried to minimize the time spent indoors.

we had few ants but not a problem.

Kind hosts, easy check-in, good location.

Horrible room, mouldy, suffocating and claustrophobic, without natural light and ventilation. The only window faced the trash cans at the back of a restaurant, could not have it open. Unfortunately the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in. I guess I cannot fault the (undisputably kind) owners trying to earn some extra money and it pains me to write such a bad review, but in my opinion this should not be in the tourism offer of Piran or booking.com at all, it is bellow all standards of healthy living. Personally, I would be ashamed to rent out such accommodation. Highly recommend to avoid it.

The location.

When you enter the smell of moisture/humidity hits you. It’s not cosy, but uncomfortably small. The towels were stained and had a moldy/moisture smell. Would not stay here again.

The accommodation is located in the center of the town in a great location. Everything is within walking distance. The handover of the key took place without the presence of the host, by sending a code to the box where the key was hidden. You can park not far from the center in a paid parking lot, from where a minibus goes regularly to the center.

Only parking can make the stay difficult, but that is the problem of the whole town.
