The property is located in an industrial area, so the view from the window isn’t exactly breathtaking. I didn’t really mind, but it’s something to be aware of.

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The restaurant offers good food at very fair prices. A beer costs only €2.80 👌❤️

The only thing that could be improved would be to have something that would allow Netflix, etc viewable on the TV (satellite/ smart TV)

Exceptionally clean. Good polite communication from the owner. Easy check in and out. Had pretty much everything we needed... and the complimentary wine and coffee pods were a lovely touch. Location was great but you must have transport. It's in easy driving distance of most of the good locations, but not really walkable to many.

Given how beautiful the region is, this is possibly the ugliest part of it! It's like something between an industrial site and a trucker stop. It wasn't that cheap either. And whatever you do, DO NOT eat in the restaurant. It is inedible.

Weird outside environment, like garages or something. One of the waitresses was very unpleasant, when we had dinner, but the breakfast waitress was really nice.

The walls are rather thin. Annoying Romanian neighbours were quite audible.

Great location, just a few kilometres off the highway on our way from Izola to Ljubljana. Staff friendly, clean rooms, great wifi, amazing breakfast. If hiking is your thing, there are some nice mountains in the vicinity.

It's a nice place to crash for a night, not sure if I would stay longer. The location is in the middle of an industrial district, so you can hear a bit of noise coming from the factories around you, but it quiets down in the evening. The room is simple but fulfilled my needs. The staff was super helpful in pointing out nice places to go for a swim in Lake Cerknica nearby, which was incredibly beautiful in the sunset.

It was a very noisy place. 6am a lady was throwing beer glasses to the bin. It was a terrible noise. At least there would be a small refrigerator in the room.

The cleaning lady tried to enter into my room 3 times before check out...starting 2 hours before.. so I didn't like that for sure.. not saying it was her fault.. it was sunday, not many people, and I was there only for the night so I can't say thats an every day practice :) she was nice when we talked, I am sure It was not intentional... but still.. not really professional.

The hotel is located in a garage, with many parked cars around. I got up early and wasn't disturbed by their work. Excellent breakfast, not included in the price. Difficult to find at night, reception until 22:00. By the time I found them, they were gone. I had to wait.

Breakfast is very rich, but you have to pay about 10 euros extra.Very clean and warm.

A nice place in a quiet location. We love this place and we come back with pleasure every time. It has big rooms, confortable beds and is very clean. It has a parking in front of the building and a restaurant with delicious food.
