It is essential to note that our mountain hut offers a unique experience, distinct from a hotel or a hostel, reflecting the traditional lifestyle of Slovenian mountaineers. Simplicity inside, luxury outside. Sleeping in shared beds is a really special experience. Especially in high season when the shared beds are full. We can't control the diversity of guests, their habits and etiquette. Of course, you can also book a private room on Booking.com, but they were obviously all taken if they didn't show you.

However, we understand that we need to pay for parking, just as in cities, in national parks as well.

We heard you about the space for personal belongings. We just renovated the beds, so the guests will have more space to deposit and store personal items. We changed the beds and mattresses in the private rooms. Each bed has a shelf where you can put your phone, book, etc., and a drawer for a backpack or a suitcase.

In high season, the last guests at a fully booked hut don't have beds together. It is impossible to put them together, not that we don't want it.
