A bit cramped Neighbours were very noisy. At first some group were drinking in the garden in front of the building, until some past 11. Then upstairs Neighbours couple were having very loud argument until 4am. Needles to say, we slept very little.

Toilet is located outside the apartment- I didn’t get it from the description on Booking. It can be difficult when you are travelling with small kids and during the night.

It was very clean, quite close to the city centre (around 15 minutes walk), also bus stop is just around the corner.

Comfortable spacious apartment, has everything you need for a short stay, nice host that immediately helps you if there is a need, good value for the money, parking in front of the apartment. Just wanna mention the bathroom is outside the apartment, which was not a problem for us but maybe someone would want to know before booking.

Not huge issue but the toilet is directly opposite the apartment (shower is inside flat) and can be a bit chilly in the colder weather, however there is great aircon in the flat to quickly re-warm yourself up when back inside :-)

Clean, spacious accommodation not too far out of main part of town. Very comfortable bed and lounge - very ideal for some rest days if on a longer trip. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Very affordable accomodation too, highly recommend!

The toilet and the washing machine is located in a separate room across the outdoor corridor facing the main door (the shower is within the apartment).

Very short drive to the old town. Beds are in the same room as the living room. Kitchen and dining room are in a separate section. Easy self-checkin.

The room is in a very old and not nice looking condominium. The restroom is outside of the room so in the nignt you need to go out for the toilet.

Wide room with air conditioning. The room looks renewed and nice looking. Having moskitos curtains would be a must.

Owners communicated a little bit slower than I expected, but all the information and answers were delivered. There was a really strong smell of air freshener, which someone does not have to like. And water in the shower drained away too slow.

Apartment was nicely equipped, clean and tidy, furniture looked new. It is practical for short stay. Place looked like freshly renovated. It was really nice.

The bathroom was outside the room. It didn't bother me but we were not told about that. Maybe the anfitrion should inform that in booking, so the guest know it in advance.

You can go to the center by walking (but is a 30 minutes walking). The room was bigger than that we expected, with a kitchen and a good view.

It has the toilets outside of apartment which is very very bad, especially in winter, night and cold time. The terrace is in front od apartment but shared with other apartments.

They have slippery mats in the kitchen and outside the bathroom. Very dangerous. My father slipped and fell down and broke his rib bone. Never ever stay here till they change all the floor mats. Bathrooms are also shabby and small.

Toilet is separate from the apartment, although still private. Freezing in the toilet with no way of warming it up and very inconvenient in winter days.

The bathroom is in a separate unit outside of the apartment. This was not clear to us from the images that were provided. You have to walk outside of the apartment into the building hall to get to the toilet, which is right across. It is only one meter distance, however the hallway was quite busy with construction workers walking through it and an elderly person from one of the apartments next door constantly sitting outside. Basically every time we had to use the toilet we had to walk past someone. Since we stayed only for one night, it was not a big issue, however it did make us uncomfortable. We would not have booked if we knew that the bathroom is not in the apartment. However, I must say that everything else was amazing and that this was the only issue.

The apartment was really clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. The TV had a lot of entertainment options, such as Disney+, Netflix...

Very clean and on walking distance from the city center of Maribor. Perfect for those who like to explore the region. It has almost everything you need if you like to stay here for a few days. The owners are very responsive and friendly. Even if you arrive earlier than initially estimated there's a way to sort the keys out.

First, please be aware that the toilet is located outside the apartment on the shared floor with other tenants. The stove in the kitchen was not working, which might be inconvenient for those planning to cook. Also, the apartment was extremely cold as there were no heaters or central heating system installed. This could be quite uncomfortable, especially during the colder months. I also faced some challenges with the internet connection, which was crucial for my plans. Although the host was responsive and tried to resolve the issue by providing an additional device, it required me to alter my plans significantly. I had to return to the apartment and wait for the host, who arrived 40 minutes later than the agreed time.

The apartment looks pretty, it is freshly renovated and really clean. It's in a good spot, too. You can walk to the city center in about 30 minutes and get to the train station in 15 minutes by walking. The hosts are very pleasant and responsive.
