There are limited parking spaces, but the hotel proposed an alternate parking with a shuttle service It was a bit noisy outside, but we expected this staying so close to the beach area

The hotel was great, comfortable and clean room, great view from the balcony to the sea. The beach was really close and you can find everything that you need (restaurants, bar, pharmacy) with a short walking distance. The breakfast was diverse and tasty, we really liked it

Parking is not for free. We could use the swimming pool of a hotel next door, but we discovered that the 2nd day ourselves, at check in they did not tell us that.

The air conditioning system wasn’t enough good in the whole hotel and the the dinner used to be better in a four stars hotel

Not enough elevators for the hotel. One was broken during the entire time of our stay. It was almost impossible to get down from our floor to the ground floor with stroller. Every time we call the elevator it was full of people from higher floors. Very bad experience.

It was a nice stay, however, can't compare with all inclusive hotels in Greece or Turkey or even Croatia. Rooms don't have balconies, which could be desirable and water at the restaurant during the dinner is any for charge with a half-bord menu. Towels at the spa area are for charge and one must carry them from the room. The room does not have extra towels for spa.

Breakfast was good, beds comfortable.

The hotel is old and you can see it. Some rust, peeling paint here and there. But we did know this in advance, we did not care. We only go to sleep in the rooms. On the reception they told us the wrong time for dinner and the time on the restaurant door is also wrong. With 4 kids dying from hunger you can guess... The food, was below average. Breakfast ok, they have the usual. Dinner was poor. Pools are ok, but they ask you to leave 15 min earlyer than the closing time, not ok. The one day they took out the cleaning robot while we were still in the pool. Guests were stumbling in the hose. One elevator was broken half the time we were there. On the day we left a water pipe broke, and water was dripping on the bed. Fortunately, by then we have packed up. We were in april, and it was warm, aircon did not work, it was 27 C in the rooms.

The accommodation is in the perfect place. The staff is extremely kind. Rooms and spaces are clean. We were traveling with 4 kids, i asked for rooms next to each other, and we got them.

I only dislike the noise protection of the room. There was a door between the two rooms and I heard everything. It was not easy to sleep.

The staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming, which was a bit disappointing.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and very comfortable, there was a nice balcony with sea view. The bed was also comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes, which I really appreciated. The location is perfect—right in front of the water, offering beautiful views. It’s also just a short 15-minute bus ride to Piran, making it convenient to explore the area. The swimming pool was also very relaxing.
