    Very good location. The dinner and the breakfast was various and delicious. We could use all of the pools of the 6 hotels with our hotel card.

    The parking service, we got a parking possibility near the Marina on a big grassy-stony place, no ccvt, no security, we can get there by a shuttle bus and come out with the help of a staff, sometimes it was very chaotic. The parking place was cc 20 minutes by foot from the Hotel. We didn't find the children pool which can be seen on the stock photos.

    Rooms are spacious. Each has a balcony. On the first floor you have a sun deck with a little pool just to get wet an d from that a floor below are big pools and sauna. Connected to Riviera hotel (and its pool) throuh passage on 3rd floor. The beach is across the street. Room is cleaned every day. Plenty of food offers at a buffet. Staff is friendly. Only minus is a distant parking zone (shuttle drive available) and since the beach is near it can get loud at night if you have a sea view room.

    The location was great and the swimming pool was spectacular 😍 The area for sunbathing and relax was also great.

    The bed in our room was uncomfortable. Felt like sleeping on waterbed. My back was sore in the morning. The mattress needed an upgrade. The shower door was lacking an isolation at the bottom part which caused a leakage outside. The room smell of wet dog 🐕 .

    My family’s favorite place. Everything about this hotel is amazing. Helpful polite and kind staff, clean and tidy rooms, great food, swimming pools also great- thermal pools in Grand and pools with a sea water in Riviera. We have been visiting this same hotel since 2016.

    The scrambled eggs at breakfast contained pieces of eggshell. The room had an unpleasant smell. Parking was inconvenient. The Kempinski is slightly more expensive but offers a higher standard — had we known, we would have chosen it instead, as overall it is not much pricier.

    Za novac koji smo platili( u trenutku kad smo ostavili cena je bila kao za hotel od 5 zvezdica), dobili smo jedan peskir u sobi 3 puta smo zvali da pitamo za jos jedan niko nije doneo. Kola se parkiraju u marini do kojih vozi kombi, koji naravno morate da cekate sigurno 10 minuta, u koji nam jos nisu dali da spakujemo kofere nego jedna osoba da ostane ispred hotela i ceka dok druga ode po kofer. Za taj novac usluga zaista katastrofalna

    The hotel was great, comfortable and clean room, great view from the balcony to the sea. The beach was really close and you can find everything that you need (restaurants, bar, pharmacy) with a short walking distance. The breakfast was diverse and tasty, we really liked it

    There are limited parking spaces, but the hotel proposed an alternate parking with a shuttle service It was a bit noisy outside, but we expected this staying so close to the beach area

    Nice and spacious rooms. Staff is very friendly, very good service. Good location and food.

    Parking is not for free. We could use the swimming pool of a hotel next door, but we discovered that the 2nd day ourselves, at check in they did not tell us that.

    The hotel is next to the beach

    The air conditioning system wasn’t enough good in the whole hotel and the the dinner used to be better in a four stars hotel

    The location was great, and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.

    The hotel rooms need a complete overhaul. They are dated, tired and extremely run down. We were so disappointed with our rooms. I’ve included a few photos below - so unsightly. The breakfast was also not very good quality, there was lots of food from a quantity standpoint but it was very mass produced.

    Good location, helpful and nice staff

    Not enough elevators for the hotel. One was broken during the entire time of our stay. It was almost impossible to get down from our floor to the ground floor with stroller. Every time we call the elevator it was full of people from higher floors. Very bad experience.
