It was our second time we chose to stay in this amazing place. Location, service, personal, well balanced food menu - everything is in harmony in this place. Also it’s next to the medical center where the ‘Donat’ water source is located, which is very convenient as well.

I had an absolutely fantastic family stay at this hotel! The rooms were impeccably clean, and the location couldn't have been more perfect, especially being so close to the medical center. The food was incredibly delicious and fresh, even though the selection could have been a bit broader. The staff, particularly the F&B Team, was outstanding, displaying a highly service-oriented and incredibly positive attitude.

The same breakfast every morning, without any change. For a short period it can be ok, but if you stay longer, something different is required. The staff did not react in any way to the multiple requests to change things, which is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be among the best in the town. Problems that are not directly related to the hotel: - spring waters are for payment (a fact about which we were not informed) - the lack of public transport (bus, train) on weekends and holidays, which makes it impossible to travel to other locations.

The swimming pool was small. Prices for spa procedures are quite high. Kettle is not available in all rooms. There are not so many attractions in this place. SPA center is open only till 19.00 (on Saturday till 21.00)

Room cleanliness was at a good level, comfortable beds, good breakfast. The hotel is located in a quiet location near a big medical center and Donat mineral water spring. This mineral water is not free. The hotel spa center has several spa treatments and saunas and a small pool. Good varied meals.

No complains at all except…there is no technical possibility to leave tips to nice personal if pay by card or via room number. Think the hotel management should consider that/arrange the proper mechanism.

You stay like in palace which is architecture masterpiece. But same time everything is modern and in good condition, very clean. Room is big enough. Extremely friendly personal everywhere. Good breakfast/dinner. Walking distance (3 mins) to medical center/water drinking area. Would definitely come back there.

The hotel is a very nice old building, beautiful architecture. The room was large, clean, comfortable and with a nice view of the hotel garden. We had HB - breakfast and dinner. A lot of choices.

Everything was great, but I think the furniture and the bathroom in the rooms need to be updated.

Amazing property! Very historical, perfect location, clean, and the breakfast and dinner buffets were phenomenal. But one thing I have to mention is that Igor, one of the staff at the front desk, went beyond the call of duty by helping us so flawlessly with scanning an extremely important document we needed immediately. We cannot thank him enough for his professionalism. Thank you, Igor!!!
