Great location, nice hotel, friendly staff. Delicious breakfast and good dinner options a la carte. WiFi was a bit weak in our room, but it's just a minor inconvenience, cellular works well. It would be great if the working hours of the pool could be extended (e.g. starting earlier and closing later). A swimming pool was an important feature for us, but reaching Habakuk took us longer than expected so we missed the opportunity to relax there after 10 hours on the road.

Nice hotel. Nice spa facilities. Nice scenery in and around the hotel.

The room had too much automation. The TV did not work and the window curtains closed automatically and we could not get them to open.

The wellness pool only opens at 2 p.m., this is bad. And we had to pay for the parking altough the price of the hotel is quite high.

A modern hotel with an exciting interior design and a perfect location. The breakfast was excellent, a great way to start the day!

The hotel room was unfortunately not properly cleaned – I found hair and a hair tie on the floor. However, the bathroom was clean, which I really appreciated.

Quality hotel, very large and nice room (Superior room). Breakfast room with a nice view, adequate food variety for this hotel category. Good, quiet location, just next to gondola, an excellent starting point for hiking. Local bus conveniently gets you to Maribor center within 15 mins.

Not much happening in the neighbourhood, affordable but limited dining posibilities.

the location of the hotel is just amazing, at the bottom of the mountain, surrounded by the forest. you have a lot of routes for hiking. the bus station next to the hotel and in 20 minutes - you are in the central bus station, which is just in the center of Maribor.

The location was beautiful.

We stayed for three nights and they only clean every other day, so our bed & room was only done once. Coffee pods therefore not replenished.

Fitness was ok

Airconditioning was horrible and absolutely not working. They said the central AC had an issue that day, but clearly during my whole stay, it never worked at all, only blowing hot air in the room and with a loud noise as well. Result: only sleepless nights because extremely hot in the room. Don't visit this hotel in summer if you prefer a cool room for comfortable sleeping!!!! Internet access in the room was also not working good, no reception. Expensive parking too. Glad I'm leaving today.

Very good breakfast and also restaurant, nice pool and saunas for all.

Nothing to hang the towels, no radiator in the bathroom, tv facing away from bed, no balcony, terrible view, abandoned outdoor pool, no jacuzzi like the promote it, scary hallway they look like squid game series, you cant park at the main entrance, horrifying garage which you eneter from

I liked the Spa and Wellness of the hotel. Great sauna world and pool area. Possibility to park the car in the garage. Very nice staff of the hotel, helpful and positive.

It was cold in the room, due to the fact that the air conditioner could not be turned of, as ac is connected to the ventilation and couldn’t be turned of as it was centrally controlled. Another disappointment was the the fridge did not work:(
