At our establishment, we do not offer complementary pool towels and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We're sorry to hear that you found the mattresses too soft and the extra bed too hard. We understand that preferences for mattress firmness can vary from person to person, and we regret that our bedding did not meet your expectations.
