everything!!! Amazing place!

The location and the view is amazing. The concept with the deer sight too. Good restaurant, nice little spa. Nice people at the reception, in the shop and the entertainer in the park.

The rooms were very expensive for the provided value, being small, bathroom and shower very small and uncomfortable. No air conditioning system, neither mosquito net on the windows. Spiders and bugs in the room and bed and since we were afraid to open the windows for these reasons, it was no fresh air in the room during the night. Bad money / value ratio, the spa which was included has compensated for it a little bit, made us to forget the room. We also had a problem in bathroom, floating the toilet, that was solved partially. Since they are investing in this facility a lot, I think it is time to invest in the rooms as well, Then it will would be perfect. Right now we had the feeling that we should return here one day, but would think twice to book a room there or not. So the rooms are quite contradictory with the rest. And the less rude waiter in the restaurant would help as well. I was given a water glass instead of a red wine glass. At first, I assumed there were no appropriate glasses available, but after seeing a well-known guest being properly served with the correct glass, I felt rather frustrated.

An incredible experience with the deer. The place feels like pure meditation. Lovely restaurant on-site. Breathtaking views.

The site was beautiful, with deer running around and you being able to feed them. Not so much petting as they were there for food only, but otherwise keeping to themselves. The spa was also a nice addition.

The accommodation is the real downside, not because it’s exceptionally bad, but simply because it doesn’t justify the price paid. I would expect that kind of money to at least provide access to some e-bikes, or perhaps a workshop, or at least local discounts. Unfortunately, none of that is offered. As a result, the rooms are not air-conditioned, and there’s no Wi-Fi. The bathrooms are like some Greek 2-star apartments, but double the price.

Great for weekend escape with kids! Special exeprience with deers and beautiful nature.

Apartmen that we stayed in was outdated. We paid additionaly for baby krib which was broken.

Amazing location.

Rooms are basic.

All the property is located great. Facilities are new and premium. Food at the restaurant worth each euro. Seriously it was delicious. Breakfasts were stunning consisting of many local specialities. Spa is on the same building as guest house. Nearby there are few places to relax and feed eyes with the view.

Accomodation part for guests is oldest part of whole property. It is sufficient for sleeping as most of the time you spend in other places.

The location is amazing, deers and goats are living within the territory. Few nice restaurants around - Jelenov Greben and Amon on the other side of the hill. Good vibes and fresh air. Spa is small but comfortable, sauna ahs 80 C° (apples, tea and fresh water are available).

We stayed in Jabolka apartment, and the only renovated part was kitchen. Toilet and shower room is very shabby, door was not not possible to lock, old-fashioned and partially broken tap in shower cabin. We have been already 4th time starting from 2022 and to our surprise - only kitchen side was renewed. Also balcony's door was not possible to lock in sleeping room.

The location is great, great views, animals the food is excellent

the bathroom had a weird smell, the windows could be cleaner, and the bed + pillows aren't the comfiest

The premise is a hilltop deer farm with very special atmosphere of free-walking mouflons, roes and deers - tame enough to feed them by the guests... The guesthouse also runs a restaurant with local foods and a breakfest buffet with large variety stuff including gluten-free options. Located in a nice valley surroundings with walking treks and culinary offers like a vineyard, brewery and chocolate store..

Our hotel room was comfy for four of us, even for our dog - but lighting and bathroom furniture might need a slight upkeep in midterm.
