The apartment is located in a traditional attic-style space, which gives it a unique and cozy character, though we understand this layout may not suit everyone equally. The lower ceiling slopes are a typical feature of these types of homes, especially in the historical architecture of the region. Many guests find the atmosphere charming and different from standard accommodation – like staying in a little hideaway. Decisamente molto cara come sistemazione (se consideriamo anche che è lontana dal centro), antipatica anche la richiesta di bloccare una cauzione. Abbiamo fatto la doccia con acqua fredda (ed era il 31 dicembre) perché la casa è dotata di un boiler e se quindi altri si sono lavati prima ed hanno consumato acqua calda, tocca aspettare o farsi una doccia fredda, che sicuramente non è piacevole. Il soffitto tipo "spiovente" nei punti in cui si abbassa è veramente basso.

Stanza molto piccola (come era specificato) e cucina in comune, nessuna colazione. Scomoda la modalità di check-in perché bisogna scaricare l'app e inoltre chiedono una cauzione da 120€ che restituiscono dopo 10 giorni

As for the check-in as we explained in our welcoming messages to you via Booking we are a self check-in property so there is no physical staff on site and everything is done online via Zymzo app, where you complete the heck-in process: register all the guests and pay for the remaining fees which are service fee, tourist tax (the two mentioned fees are a part of the total price you see on Booking, but are not paid via Booking, you pay them in the Zymzo app). and the security deposit (disclosed in the "House rules'' and under the "Fine print" sections on the apartments Booking profile). Once the check-in is completed you receive all the information about entering the apartment and the apartments amenities under the HOW TO section in the Zymzo app at 16:00 o'clock when the check-in starts. Recensione verificataMi sono trovata molto bene, ho viaggiato in macchina, da sola, il posto è a 5 min di macchina dal centro città, io parcheggiavo lungo il fiume facilmente, il weekend il parcheggio è gratis e in settimana costa 80 cent/ora, facile da raggiungere e con supermercati vicini. La cucina con microonde, bollitore e frigo è top, non ha fornelli ma solo il necessario per fare colazione. Gli ambienti puliti, pulivano ogni giorno le zone comuni, il bagno è in camera, è come un appartamento condiviso dove ciascuno ha la sua stanza con bagno. Sarebbe stato bello avere anche un tostapane per la colazione! La stanza è piccola, ma sono riuscita a fare persino yoga con il mio tappetino, ci si sta comunque bene, la mia era un sottotetto, quindi in alcuni punti bisognava abbassarsi molto per passare. Non lo consiglio alle famiglie con bambini, ci sono due belle rampe di scale da fare per arrivare in appartamento, belle ripide e non tanto adatte a passeggini o bambini piccoli.
Nonostante abbia dormito tutta la notte, mi svegliavo con fastidio alla schiena per il materasso molto molle, sentivi le molle sotto. Se uno non è molto sensibile, non lo nota, ma per chi lo è, non à la stanza adatta per stare a lungo. Inoltre, ho trovato complicato il check in per il quale è obbligatorio scaricare una App e fare il check-in tramite la App, cosa che se non hai internet sul cell o altro è complicata, inoltre il codice di ingresso per la chiave della stanza viene dato tramite App. Insomma, se non hai la App, anche se hai già prenotato su booking, non puoi accedere alla stanza, perché i proprietari non sono mai lì, se perdi le chiavi sono 190 euro di addebito, motivo per cui le lasciavo sempre nella scatolina in casa protetta da codice, e sempre tramite App, addebitano un deposito (per me è stato sui 130 euro) che ti restituiscono solo qualche giorno dopo aver lasciato la stanza. Non era indicato nella descrizione su booking quando ho prenotato io ed è stato abbastanza macchinoso. Una volta che lo sai e ci fai la mano, è più facile farlo che spiegarlo, ma non avevo ricevuto informazioni previe e su booking tutte queste cose quando ho prenotato non erano indicate. Giusto per info ai futuri viaggiatori.

Stanza veramente troppo piccola. Non c'era armadio. Distante mezz'ora a piedi dal centro città. Tram a 10 minuti a piedi. Non molto comodo.
