Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

You cannot beat the location of Julija & Robert's Riverview Apartments and Rooms. As it was very central in the old town, I appreciated how secure the space was as a solo female traveller. The room was very clean, high ceilings, nice bathing products and ample towels. The tea and coffee facilities were just outside the room and only shared by one other room. Bojana was really friendly and personable. As I arrived before check-in time and had to leave quite a lot later than check-out time, Bojana was accommodating in both cases and as the room was available she let me enter early and leave late at no extra charge. I really appreciated this as it made the panic of bag management and getting back to the airport lessened so that I could fully enjoy my last day in Ljubljana and also have a nap before heading back to the airport for an evening flight. I fully recommend staying at Julija & Robert's Riverview Apartments and Rooms.

Great location at the riverside. Quiet rooms with comfortable beds. The owner was so very kind and helpful. In fact, we liked it so much that we came back for a second stay before leaving Slovenia

Perfect location in the city center. Close to the castle and main attractions. The apartments are modern, clean, beautiful and spacious, they have soundproof windows, so you can rest peasfully at night. Be aware that cars can not enter into Ljubljana city center so you will have to walk or take a free cavalier city bus to get to the apartment. To return to the airport you can book a shuttle that picks you up 4 blocks away from the apartment (at Levstikov trg 5). We booked online from a local service called Nomago.

Amazing location & spotlessly clean. Our host was extremely helpful too and kindly allowed us to store our luggage before our flight home so we could make the most of our last day in Ljubljana!

Being on the first floor people could see in so had to close the blinds for privacy.
The location is in the heart of the old town. Lovely restored old building. Spacious room with view of the canal. Although in busy area my room was quiet with air con on and windows shut. Good air con Boiana was a lovely host and made me welcome and comfortable. Quality soap and shampoo and body wash. Lovely high ceilings. Comfortable bed Everything was very clean. I would stay again

Nothing we didn’t like but 2 things to note. Entrance to bathroom is very tight for tall people. Anyone over 6 foot needs to dock considerably to get through the door. And the unit does not have A/C which was a big of an issue in august. With noise and smoke from the cafes below it’s not really practical to have the windows open after bed time. But the ceiling fan helped a lot.
Bojana was so nice and helpful and the location is superb. So close to everything and with a view of the River. Also a spacious apartment with full kitchen and high ceilings.

Great location right on the river. Despite this the soundproofing on the windows was so good we couldn't hear a thing. Very comfortable beds. Super clean, and extremely well cared for.

Our stay at Julia & Roberts apartment was very good. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, the room was very nice and clean. We'd stay again!!

I would’ve liked a microwave and a toaster, otherwise it was perfect.
It was very central and spotlessly clean. The views over the river were an added bonus. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

The location of the room was great - right in the heart of the city and overlooking the riverbank but very quiet inside. Our hostess was super friendly and helpful. She let us use the room until lunchtime as we had a later train. Lots of good places to eat and drink very near by. Our room was the smallest but the other rooms are a really good size - we hope to go back and book one of the bigger rooms next time!

Amazing location in the old town, we had a view of the river and were steps from amazing restaurants. The check in process was smooth and the welcome was lovely. We appreciated having access to a fridge and water being provided in the room.

The location is perfect. Right by the river offering stunning views of the city. On either sides of the river there are multiple restaurants , bars and cafe making the stretch vibrant and buzzing. We simply walked around the area and the castle, enjoying the experience immensely. The room was very large and neat. The maintenance on this home is excellent. Would definitely recommend this stay to others.
