The bathroom is private but in a common building. Very clean and with all amenities. However I accidentally left my keys in the lock outside and locked myself from the inside. The lock got stuck and I couldn't unlock the door, other guests "saved" me. It was an accident, not a major thing, but something to think about.

The location is superb, with mountain views. The little cabin room was very clean and comfortable, it had a terrace which was very convenient. The cabin didn't have electricity but this was solved with battery lamps and power bank was provided too. Even though there are multiple cabins in one area, they are arranged in a way that guests don't interfere with each other if they don't want to. The host was very friendly. Complimentary house wine. Overall, it was exactly what I wanted - couple of rest days in the country side with comfortable facilities. Every little detail though of. Greatly recommended.

Not a lot around so make sure you think about your dinner options. Bathroom was a good size but a little damp.

Loved the room and the view! Stunning! Great that there was a fridge and coffee machine. A unique place to stay for a night. Great location to explore the area.

Only thing I would say is if there were a few items available like in a camp kitchen it would be helpful, like bowls / cutlery etc.

The view is incredible! Loved all the fruit trees scattered around and it was so nice to wake up to that amazing view each morning.

Everything was great! Cute and cozy rooms with breathtaking views. An amazing place to stay! You get free wine and coffee and we also ordered a great local breakfast package that got delivered to the room. A place I will hold close to my heart as my boyfriend also proposed here with the beautiful view!! Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Mountain View Lodge — definitely worth booking for several days! There’s so much to see and do in the area, and having extra time really allowed us to take it all in. The accommodation itself was excellent: clean, comfortable, and with a breathtaking view that greets you every morning. Facilities were top-notch, and the service was truly above and beyond — every request was handled with care and speed. During our stay, we rented bikes, savored delicious authentic Slovenian meals, and made full use of the barbecue area several times. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, this place has everything you need. 🌟 Highly recommended for anyone wanting a warm, welcoming base in Slovenia with plenty to do and beautiful scenery to enjoy

The private washrooms are actually located at the bottom of the hill. The cabins are at the hill top, you need to walk up to it. Washroom is located at the bottom where reception is. It’s not great when you need to go to bathroom. There are no easy path going up the hill. It would be good to have stairs or some paved area.

The view is beautiful. Very nice in the morning and sunset. You’ll see a lot of stars at night. No mosquitos when we went in June .

No electricity in the house and it was very hot so could not get fan. You do have access to electricity by each private bathroom, so no issue to charge phones or anything like that.

If your neighbours decide to use up all the hot water, you might have to wait to take a shower.

Fantastic location - the view was beautiful and the cabin was just the right size and very comfortable with a beautiful seating area. It was very handy having our own separate bathroom too! I wish we could have stayed longer!

Great escape to nature with stunning scenery and an attentive host.We enjoyed the comfy bed, clean facilities and the homemade wine! Despite some pretty heavy rain throughout our 1 night stay we still got some fantastic views from the accomodation and got to explore the very small area of Dovje. We got a bus easily from Bled and then moved on to ljubljana just as easily the following day.
