The best thing is layout of home, it was spacious like no other mobile home, perfect for family. Home was very clean with well equipped kitchen.

The only negative is the check-in. We stood in a queue out in the sun for two hours in order to get checked in.

The mobile home is exceptional. It was very well equipped and clean. We enjoyed our stay. The pools are great and lots of fun for the kids.

Unfortunately, the reception staff gave us the wrong location of the house on the map and we spent a lot of time looking for it.

We were given a house in a great location with a view of the lake, it had everything you need for a comfortable stay, it is located near the entrances to the thermal parks and all the shops and cafes. Parking is near the house. Wi-Fi is available. Before check-in, the administration answered all our questions. My daughter's birthday was a success.

We were stayed in many mobile homes so far, but this one is 10/10. It is big, with 3 bedrooms, nice and clean. All the things you might need for cooking. We higly recommended! It is located on nice spot short walking to thermal riviera. The terace is a huge bonus and you park just next to it, in many onthers mobile homes in the same village is not so! Perfect for families!

Included tickets are just for one entrance per day into inner pool. And that is not writen information ( because it said it includes two time entry) , but at reception they told us that is for outdoor pool, it just don't make any sense if outdoor pool doesn't work.

Mobile homes were great, kitchen is fully equipped with anything you would need. Pools are very clean. Overall great.

Internet connection with Terme Čatež on smart TV was not possible. Toillet seat could have been cleaned a little better.

Strange rules about the entrance times - you can enter the summer park twice a day OR the winter park only once. Once you get out of the summer park you can't go back inside for two hours. So if you leave something in your car you are stuck.

There was no blind on the bunk bedroom window. The blind on the double room window was like paper and pretty pointless anyway. We used towels. But bear that in mind if you stay … I mentioned it to reception as we left incase the owner was unaware but was told not all accommodation has blinds. The air con didn’t seem to do much either. And it was hot until it cooled down on an evening.

Pretty close to the waterpark which the kids loved. It’s so big with so many different pools it didn’t feel too crowded despite the site being so big. The mobile home seemed pretty new and modern with everything we needed, plenty of towels, toilet rolls etc. Would definitely recommend staying here. Good places to eat & drink on site and a supermarket near the pool.

We liked the location. Mobile home was fantastic and clean. Kitchen was fully equipped. Rooms and toilet was clean and cozy. Pools and entertainment is fantastic for kids and adults.

Staff at main reception were probably overworked as they seemed always on edge and not friendly. We were surprised to find out that we were allowed to enter the pool area only twice a day and the indoor spa only once. We couldn’t find these rules anywhere in the booking info. All water slide staff except for one failed to explain safety precautions before using the slides.

Absolutely lovely bungalow. Spacious, clean, everything you need. Good size bathroom. Nice bedding, comfy beds. Pools water was nice and warm. Other guests were respectfully quiet during rest hours.

The inside sound insulation, but something to be expected in mobile home
