GermanyAir conditioning was running, but either too weak or clogged or poor insulated. The room felt fresh at the beginning, but I found myself in a pool of sweat anyway during the night. However I must say: those were the hottest day of summer. But if it didn't make it for me one night, I cannot imagine two or three people, as the room could accommodate.
PARKING: open air in the backyard of the hotel. No gate, some cameras. CHECK-IN: easy and quick STAFF: nice and friendly, but not all of them speak a foreign language WIFI/VPN: works SIZE: huge, very comfortable with balcony STYLE: late 90s but ok, everything was intact and kept in well shape POWER STAYS ON WHEN YOU LEAVE: yes, room key is physical CLEAN: very much BATHROOM: spacious, shower box QUIET: besides your own air conditioner, yes LOCATION: the village is small, so anywhere you reach anywhere else in few minutes walking SERVICES AROUND: a restaurant next to the hotel, otherwise driving few minutes is the next one. Petrol station nearby VALUE FOR THE MONEY: indeed, I found it very good BREAKFAST: plenty, salty and sweet. Fruit and pastry. It was included in the price. RESTAURANT IN WALKING DISTANCE: 20 steps!

AustriaEverything was generally fine, but a few things could be improved: - The door to the balcony was difficult to operate and required some technical skills to open and close properly. - The shower faucet lever was not the best for the small shower cabin. Every time I used the shower, I unintentionally touched it and randomly adjusted the hot/cold water balance. - The coffee at breakfast was made from concentrate rather than freshly brewed. - While I understand that packaged butter from Poland might be more cost-effective, I noticed many local cows around. It would be nice to have locally sourced products for breakfast.
Everything was generally fine, including the location, room size, bed quality, quietness, and breakfast. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Very friendly stuff members, who made our late arrival very easy with detailed instructions. Breakfast was great, with lots of options to choose from. The location is very convenient, especially if go skiing on Rogla Ski Resort.

Sara at the reception was extremely kind and helpful. Surprising sauna experience - warm tea and music was waiting for us.

CroatiaWe stayed there during winter, it takes about 20min with car to get till mountain. There’s no ski bus included. When we booked this property we thought that it is closer.
Rooms were big enough, a lot of drawers and enough space to put your clothes in. Breakfast was also great, they reloaded food continuasly during breakfast. Terme Zreče iz direct across the Hotel.

The hotel was fine, clean and comfortable. We went skiing, it was the perfect choice. The breakfast was plentiful and very tasty, I would like to point out that there was fresh fruit. The staff was nice, we checked in early, no problems with check-in. We were given the key to our room in advance, but only took our room after the night skiing. We look forward to staying here next time we are in Rogla.
