PARKING: open air in the backyard of the hotel. No gate, some cameras. CHECK-IN: easy and quick STAFF: nice and friendly, but not all of them speak a foreign language WIFI/VPN: works SIZE: huge, very comfortable with balcony STYLE: late 90s but ok, everything was intact and kept in well shape POWER STAYS ON WHEN YOU LEAVE: yes, room key is physical CLEAN: very much BATHROOM: spacious, shower box QUIET: besides your own air conditioner, yes LOCATION: the village is small, so anywhere you reach anywhere else in few minutes walking SERVICES AROUND: a restaurant next to the hotel, otherwise driving few minutes is the next one. Petrol station nearby VALUE FOR THE MONEY: indeed, I found it very good BREAKFAST: plenty, salty and sweet. Fruit and pastry. It was included in the price. RESTAURANT IN WALKING DISTANCE: 20 steps!

Air conditioning was running, but either too weak or clogged or poor insulated. The room felt fresh at the beginning, but I found myself in a pool of sweat anyway during the night. However I must say: those were the hottest day of summer. But if it didn't make it for me one night, I cannot imagine two or three people, as the room could accommodate.

Exceptionally clean and tidy! Staff is great, they helped us a great deal with cool recomendations of restaurants and spa.

We were here seocnd time this yeat, and everything was as good, as first time. The staff was very polite, we got personalized breakfast. We hope to go again :)

Local free dogs i dont like How people can put their dog out of door and leave them streets? We have visitors to big dog show and i dont want see free dogs

Not far from Rogla, in the valley, in a peaceful environment. The staff was very polite, quick problem solving. Good breakfast, free parking. We liked it very much :)

The personnel were great and very helpful every time we had a question/request.

There was no A/C in the rooms and it was impossible to sleep first night. Second night was a bit colder and one ventilator was free so we could sleep.

First, the hotel staff was not flexible - check-in time for that price was quite strict. Also unhappy faces in the reception, one of them didn't even say hello. This hotel has no AC and I wonder how they decided to offer the stay during hot days like during our stay - sleeping was impossible, and we were all sweating the night. Breakfast looked like we were late and just leftovers were served. Also, the allowed time for breakfast are shortest I experienced for a while. During the day the bar doesn't offer coffee. Etc, etc... will skip this object next time of course, and can't recommend

Everything was generally fine, including the location, room size, bed quality, quietness, and breakfast. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Everything was generally fine, but a few things could be improved: - The door to the balcony was difficult to operate and required some technical skills to open and close properly. - The shower faucet lever was not the best for the small shower cabin. Every time I used the shower, I unintentionally touched it and randomly adjusted the hot/cold water balance. - The coffee at breakfast was made from concentrate rather than freshly brewed. - While I understand that packaged butter from Poland might be more cost-effective, I noticed many local cows around. It would be nice to have locally sourced products for breakfast.
