The room is spacious. Has a table, a fridge and a lovely balcony facing the courtyard. The beds are good. Overall it is clean. You share the 2 bathrooms with 4 other rooms. Vadim is a friendly and interested person.

The room was big with view on the castle Hotel Viksi is perfectly located in historical center of Ljubljana. Explanations for access were very clear and some advices to fully enjoy Ljubljana are provided. You can easily find parking places near (5 mn walk) I recommand this place

It would have been great to have a common area to to meet fellow travelers.

The location of the hostel was ideal, with everything you need just a few minutes away by foot. We were pleased to have air conditioning in the room and a balcony to enjoy the sun on.

I was there for 2 days. Constant alarms beeping due to some work going on. The furniture are the most basic IKEA furniture. The shared bathroom locks are loose, they don't close. No proper kitchen for a hostel. Wifi was very slow.

The hostel itself is in some kind of remodeled office space. It’s not particularly cosy, and there’s not a proper door to the bathroom - only a sliding one.

I wondered how the electric doors would operate during the case of fire. This could easily be communicated better I believe.

The location is superb, in the center of everything. It was clean, and great bathrooms and toilets. The hosts are friendly and fast on answering messages.

It's got a great location in the centre of Ljubljana. Everything was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The hosts were quick to respond to our queries. And the air conditioning worked very well, which proved to be absolutely necessary in August!

No sound proofing. You can hear people moving in the hall or kitchen, or even hear when they talk normally in the next room.

Unfortunately, we were staying during a heatwave and the air conditioning provided couldn’t quite keep up with the extreme heat. The owners had done everything possible to make it comfortable though and we had an extra fan in the room to help out during this time. The locals all said that type of heat is rare in Ljubljana so we just had bad timing! This is the only reason we reviewed the place a 9 rather than a 10 :)

Perfect location - situated right in the old town looking out to the castle. It had everything we needed for our stay in Ljubljana -bonus for the washing machine! Really comfy beds, large open rooms and great WIFI. Would definitely recommend to fellow travellers!

The location was incredible, in middle of the city centre but still quiet at night. Facilitation of check-in, and allowing luggage storage after check out was incredibly helpful.
