The hotel was easy to find and had a private parking lot. I requested a quiet room, and it was indeed very quiet. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. I had the half-board plan. The food was excellent. The staff was very friendly.

It was very hot in our room, the airco also didn't seem to do much when we turned it on, we ended up having to sleep with the window open. No possibility to turn in your towels and get new ones especially when visiting the spa.

Access to the thermal spa and the possibility to upgrade (€33/person/day) to gain access to therme Orhidelia which is really worth it. Very nice breakfast/dinner with a lot of healthy options.

Hotel did not suitable for child and baby care, - hotels stairs are not adapted for children's strollers - child/baby strollers must be carried in the hands if tyou want to use Family fun SPA. This really can produce unnecessary obligation ... Hotels parking are not included in the price .

Bedclothes could have been changed more frequently

I've paid quite high rate and yet, didn't have access to the best Spa area. Last time I was in Sotelia I didn't have limitation to usage of the Spa despite the fact I've paid significantly less.

Staff excellent, rooms clean and comfortable, food excellent in both, variety and taste. Spa area waste, good organized and with a lot of features. Good also that it is organized in a way to have some more quiet and secluded areas too. All well organized.

Room smelled funky. Probably because they have selected rooms to stay with dogs. :/ Breakfast area is packed, and not as nice as the rest of the hotel and spa.

There was dental floss on the floor, which means the room was not properly cleaned. Bad battery in the smart TV remote. If the price of the room would not include entry to the Orchidelia spa (usually this is not included in the hotel price), room would be overpriced. For such a price you could get a much better hotel.

Nice hotel, great room, helpful stuff, great breakfast. It's great that the Oridelia spa is only for adults. Beautiful and good saunas. It's great that they offer the option of FKK evening bathing.

Unfriendly, locally prepared staff members. What i mean by that is there’s no real EU level service. However, this is a popular place among both foreigners and locals and for this price you expect staff to be friendly and serve you with a pleasure. Examples: At the reception they didn’t even say hello … Then, at the breakfast host was drinking red bull in front of guests while taking care of customers. And so on. Actually we lived in room 110 and bathroom door’s lock was broken. A/C didn’t work.. So lots of minor things like that make the whole impression not the best.

The hotel Sotelia is pretty old. Personnel not so gentle and food not so bad, but always the same. It needs an huge upgrade. Actually is more a 3 stars than a 4 plus stars. Disappointing.

The staff is so so. They should be trained a bit more to offer better customer service. Moreover, the food offered during the dinner is poor with vegetarian or vegan options even though they promote their “greenness” all around the hotel.

It’s a very beautiful property with clean and comfortable and spacious rooms.
