The large bathrooms were spacious, but unclean.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful during our stay! The location is also great, as it's very central and just a 5-minute walk or so from the train and bus stations. The capsule rooms were very comfortable, and it was overall a great value for money.

The showers were quite dirty most of the time and for such a busy hotel it would be nice to have more kitchen space as well.

The kitchen sink was a bit of a mess most days I was there.

I stayed in a tent, which was good as the weather wasn't so hot when I stayed. The top floor has a really great atmosphere with the outdoor terrace, bar, kitchen (though the sink could be cleaner!) and lots of seating areas. There is a range of age groups, and the overall experience is friendly and low-key.

The building is awesome, it’s a really well thought out place. The staff were great fun and very helpful. The rooms themselves were cozy and comfortable.

I understand it’s down to everyone to clean up after themselves, but the kitchen in particular needs some overdue care and attention. Kettles in particular should be routinely replaced if staff aren’t going to use limescale remover on a regular basis. A second fridge should also be considered given the number of guests using the kitchen facilities.

Really good location between the bus/train station and castle. Lots of coffee shops and nice places to eat nearby. Staff really helpful and friendly, really thought out communal spaces around hotel. Pods clean and spacious.

The property was within easy reach of both bus and train station. The old town was a 10 minutes walk. So everything close by.

The private bathrooms were not kept very clean but the male and female shared ones were cleaner and had plenty of spare cubicles.

Good value for money and staff were very nice (helped us out with a plaster as all shops were closed on a national holiday) Great location, a short walk to the tourist sights.

There was little space in the room, especially if you need to share. The bathroom wasn't always as clean as it should be. We were also disappointed that the entire floor had to share just one kitchen and a single washing machine.

We loved the cleanliness of the room and we appreciated the comfort of the beds and towels. We also loved the LED lights and the airconditioning in the room. The location was perfect, just steps from the main station and right near the city center.

Floor space was very minimal, so little squashed with an open-suitcase on the floor and two people trying to stand.

Basic accommodation but value for money. A room with double bed, shared bathroom which where close by, quiet and comfortable in out ‘box’ which adequate ventilation/air con and lighting. Location was 10 mins from the city centre / main attractions and 5 mins from bus stations. Staff here friendly and we where able to leave our luggage while we explored

There is no option in the cabin to have a "normal coloured" main light (it is just blue, pink, yellow, green) and the air conditionning is a bit loud but these are minor comments because you don't stay a lot in the cabin and hang out in the common area the most.

Cabin bed is confortable. There are a lot of different seating options in the common areas, ping-pong table, baby-foot, a kitchen area and the rooftop. Kind of an hostel vibe. 10 minutes from city center and less than 5 minutes from main bus station.
