Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I stayed to this hotel while transiting trough Slovenia. The hotel was close to the autostrada , very clean. There was a Chinese restaurant next to the hotel that was excellent for dinner. Very big portions. The hotel breakfast had lots of options, the staff speaker English and toke care of all my needs. I would definitely stop there again.

RomaniaFor us, Hotel Vila Emei is a location to remember as being one of the most pleasant accommodations we have up to now in Slovenia. The Hotel which is not far away from Maribor old city center( bus station 50 m from Hotel) have cosy rooms with very good amenities, a rich and balanced breakfast and of course free parking seat for our car at the Hotel. With an excellent host that gave us very helpful details about Maribor region, with nice staff in Restaurant and great wines it was a pleasure to stay here and definitely we will come back!

Superb-nice man to greet us, show where to go in Maribor, explained everything fast and asked for feedback. Good breakfast to start the day. We had a direct view from the room to the highway, yet when the window was closed, we could hear nothing (AC was available). Even with windows open, we could easily sleep due to heavy drapes. The restaurant is in the same building, which is practical (although we didn't use it for the dinner).
