If you’re looking for a place where modern design and distinctive architecture meet jaw-dropping views, look no further. This gem of an apartment is perched in a charming village in the heart of the Brda wine region, and trust me – waking up to a view that stretches from the Alps to the Adriatic is something you won’t forget anytime soon! The interior is stylish and fresh, and so tastefully done that you might start redecorating your own home. The bed is comfy, the vibe is peaceful and the breakfast is tasty. They really go the extra mile for people with gluten-free diet. David is an excellent host. The entire stuff is warm, welcoming, and ready with local tips or a glass of amazing wine (or both!). Speaking of wine – the in-house wine bar is dangerously good. You may enter as a curious visitor and leave as a devoted Brda wine fan. This place is a rare find – the perfect mix of nature, comfort, and a touch of luxury. Already planning our next visit!

Location, it was clean and breakfast.

Value. It is little bit expensive

It is a nice and spacious apartment above the winery. It’s in the medieval town Smartno, you emediately walk on the cute market when you leave the apartment. The view from the balcony is stunning. The kitchen has everything needed and the breakfast with the cured ham and cheese was good. The coffeemachine contained good coffecups. But there was also an Italian coffeemaker for the coffee lovers. The bathroom is very spacious with a very good hairdryer. The bed slept very good. Also dog friendly.

The showe overflowed. No hooks for hanging clothing. The couch was pretty low.

Great location in centre of Šmartno village. Nice wine bar just under apartment. Spacious place, just newly renovated.

Everything was perfect here. Breakfast provided in the room was excellent . Friendly staff.

Nothing it was perfect

The view and location were superb.

The room was not ready until after 4 PM. The previous guests had moved out early enough but staff was too busy serving wine and food to make up the room. There were no instructions how to use the stove or coffee pot. They were both eclectic, modern devices that even as an experienced traveler I had not seen before. Lots of stuff but no sugar for coffee

Brilliant clean and comfortable apartment, very easy to access with parking a few steps away. We stayed one night after exploring the local wineries. Wine bar downstairs and restaurant next door in the beautiful town of smartno made for a very easy and lovely sleepover. Amazing views in the morning an added bonus.

Just to note it is above a wine bar but no issue as it shuts fairly early (c.9pm) but one to note if you want total privacy.

The view was wonderful and the property was very clean, modern, and spacious for two people.it is right in the heart of town with a nice wine bar below. We enjoyed a wine tasting at the winebar.The winebar closes early so does not interfere with sleeping. We would return for the view alone.

The breakfast is left for you (cereal, jams, bread)and is a little meager but fine for us.

Location

Shower drain was clogged and water flowed outside of the bathroom. Air conditioning was not turned on. It took all night to cool a hot rental down. Bugs were running throughout. No wash cloths. No hair dryer.

Apartment is located at the best possible location in this wine region of Slovenia and is the only one with a high balcony to get you that instapic and makes a glass of wine more enjoyable. Its completely new and functional.

Super host, superb views.

Breakfast a little too „easy“ for two guys on a bike tour.

Exceptional location, accommodating host and extremely well kept and organized place.

David was a wonderful host, we got the top floor apartment which is newly refurbished. Kitchen is fully equipped with self made breakfast. The winery is just downstairs so you don’t have to walk so much with an excellent selection of local wines. David was instrumental in suggesting the perfect bottles for our aperitivos. There was one restaurant which was fully booked and David very kindly arranged for us an exquisite charcuterie and cheese plate for our drinky dinner! Profoundly suggested if you want an immersive drinking experience.

Maybe a couple more towels and a hair drier since we all have long hair, but the rest was really ok!

The location is amazing and the apartments have beautiful views over the vineyards.

The cleanliness was a bit disappointing, there was no tv, which should be in a place like this. Overpriced!
