The hallway smelled really bad, there was no way to air it really. Kitchen could be better equipped, most of the glasses were chipped. The room faced courtyard which gets a bit loud until restaurant closes.

Nice size room, comfy beds. Appreciated nets on the windows. Breakfast was decent.

The room was a bit crowdy due to sofa that blocked part of the interior door. The staff was not very happy about being helful.

Amazing breakfast, nature is nice, kitchen equipment also fine. We loved to go outside every morning to have a swim in the lake nearby. Overall we the stay was really good and would be nice to come again.

Directions to the reception desk were not very clear/specific. Spent 30 minutes trying to find the check-in desk. Neighbor was a jerk playing loud music which limited our time on the lovely balcony. Room had everything that we required for our stay.

The toilet should be a little bit more clean so much molds around it and the shower clogged,the shower head was with mold and looks really dirty.they should have changed it. its not expensive to change it once in awhile.

The room that we got has a nice view and probably newly renovated.it is very comfortable....

Not enough hot water for 4 people taking shower in the evening, can be changed by setting the water to higher temperature

not too clean (the top of the wardrobe, where put to luggage), bins are not emptied, heating system: 1 of them didn’t work, they gave one instead of this, but the whole heating system is weird as the full system are electronic heater. not easy to park outside, we didn’t try the garage underground

don’t recommend breakfast. very limited portion and choice. it is kitchen in room, is better to prepare breakfast by your own. just remember to bring coffee and tea.

Fantastic spot! Wonderful staff. They do their best to accommodate every guest's needs. Really appreciate what they do. The surrounding area is beautiful which adds to the satisfaction of their place. Absolutely recommend the stay there to anyone!

What did we like? Absolutely everything! First of all the place is at perfect location! The rooms are well equipped, they've got everything you could need (except a cheese shredder hehe). But I would like to praise the staff. They are all kind, friendly and helpful beyond words. We've got the smallest room at arrival (they were fully booked) and after bringing to their attention that it might not be what we exactly reserved, they offered us 3 different possibilities without hesitation. This is exactly how service should look like.

We were a bit worried that we might get bitten by insects if we left the windows open at night - I'm not sure they had mesh on them. But it wasn't stuffy at all even with the windows closed.

The location is beautiful - a short walk from the lake and the ski lift. The apartment was really spacious and comfortable for 4 of us, and well equipped. The wellness centre was a great bonus with sauna, outdoor jacuzzi and steam room.

Large room with big windows to the forest. Well stocked kitchenette, comfy beds, strong wifi, parking out front. Nearby large town. Great value for money. Easy to find and check in.

Great location, just about 500metrrs from the cable car. The staff were friendly and polite. A good choice of buffet breakfast. The rooms were spacious and clean with good facilities.
