Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

A modern large apartment with a wonderful view of the mountains. It includes an underground garage with designated space. Good location 10 min drive away from Strbske Pleso. Couple of restaurants nearby. Owner communicated well with us and was always available.

MaltaThe apartment is very modern and the right size for a medium-sized family. It includes a fully-equipped kitchen, ideal to prepare any kind of meals. There is plenty of storage space around the apartment, as well as in the bathroom (we've stayed at many apartments, and this is the one with the most bathroom storage space we've ever stayed in). There is a nice view of the mountains from the spacious balcony. Parking is very convenient, in a connected underground garage with a designated space. Overall, everything is very well laid out and planned. There are sufficient electrical outlets to charge the many smart gadgets which modern families have, and the lighting around the apartment is nicely done and adds charm. For those who like their clothes looking sharp, an iron and ironing board are conveniently available. The location is good - around 15 minutes drive from the popular Štrbské Pleso. There are also a couple of restaurants within walking distance, as well as a small grocery store. Larger supermarkets such as Tesco and LIDL are also only around 15 minutes away. The train station is also close by, should one opt to use this option to travel We stayed during the winter and we had the option to change the heating temperature to ensure it was always warm and comfortable. The owner communicated well with us and offered clear and easy instructions to enter the apartment and garage. She was also available to assist if needed. An added bonus for kids is that there are toys available to play with. We also enjoyed the board games.
