In the morning we could hear our direct neighbor, but you cannot hear any sound from the street.

I loved the apartment, it is cozy and well-equipped. In addition, it is located in a quiet area and it is close to the shops and to the Jasna ski resort. The host is kind and helpful, replied back to me quickly always. I would highly recommend staying here!

No negatives at all.

The hosts were awesome, showed us and explained everything when we arrived. The apartment was spotless, more clean than any hotel we've ever been to. The parking is secure, so you don't need to worry about your car. You get your own remote for the gate, so you can come and go as you wish, no need to bother the hosts. There's a separate locked room where you can leave your ski and a room with floor heating to dry out your ski boots. Getting to Jasná ski resort (Lúčky) takes 20 minutes maximum by car.

Very nice, clean and cosy apartment with beautiful garden with the pool. The apartment is very close to the city centre. Hosts were brilliant and very helpful. Highly recommend. Thank you so much. We had a great time.

Pillow was not comfortable. Fee of 1 EUR per 1 hour of swim time.There was no dish washing liquid. Only salt in the kitchen.

Cosy, clean, swimmimg pool, pimg pong table, very near to town center. The owners are great, friendly but not invasive. The garden with the apple trees and lavender and the cat roaming around. Spacious living quarters. Safe, free parking on the premises.

They offered only one big towel and a shared small towel per person, which is insufficient for 5 days. They charge for another set of towels.

The property's convenient location in Liptovský Mikuláš and great on-site parking made our stay easy. The town is a 5-minute walk away with a great coffee shop and restaurants. The host was super nice and welcoming. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we return to the area.

I would appreciate the pool would be available but understand it was probably too early (and not the best weather)

The host was waiting for us by the time of arrival. Showed us everything, explained where to leave keys when leaving. Apartment was clean and very nice. I would appreciate more comfortable bed (I didn't like the wooden frame on the bed as I hurt myself few times), I love it had all the kitchenware so we could cook and eat what we wanted. There was option to play pingpong or tabel soccer. Close distance to the grocery store (Coop Jednota)

The ski bus stop was about a 15-minute walk away.

The apartment was comfy, clean and well equipped for our needs. The location is very close to the city center and there are some grocery stores nearby too. The premises had free parking and a ski storage area. The check-in went smoothly and it was great to have the option of self checkout.

Spacious apartments, dry and warm. The floor is heated, so you can even walk barefoot. The bathroom is clean and there is a hairdryer. There is enough space to dry your clothes after skiing. 20 minutes by car from the Yasna lifts, good parking in the yard. There is also separate room for storing equipmemt.

Amazing backyard, Foosball and ping pong tables, trampoline. Oh and the apartment itself, big, comfy, great kitchen. We had a great time.

Only possible negatives were no cereal bowls, no oven and no washing machine in apartment but considering the price these were minor inconveniences.

Apartment was perfectly clean. We arrived a little bit early than check in, just to find the place but we were able to head in early as staff were very accommodationing and friendly. Apartment has everything you'd want, perfect for two people. Parking was great, inside gates. Location was very good for both car and walking.

Very spacious, clean apartment. Very well equiped in all you need during even longer stays. Private parking and place to leave ski. The property is located in very quite residentional area but within 3 mins walking distance you are at Main Square. Strongly recommended for families and couples. Probably the best option to stay in Lipt. Mikulas. Very nice and helpfull owner.

Apartment is very close to the city center and everything was in 5-10 minutes walking distance. Garden at the house is beautifull. Super apartment for this price. Kind owner. We hope to be back some day for anther stay.
