Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PolandNice place, but there was some things which in my opinion should been cared about.. the fridge in my room was not working.. the temperature inside was the same as outside (as room temperature). There was no trash bin in the room, no hair dryer (just empty box), and the shower faucet wasn't working properly..(the adjuster was loose and IT causes that there was just a very very hot water..). When it comes to cleanliness it was generally okay, however, there was everywhere a smell of dampness (inside the room as in the corridor). Also, in general, a little more care could be taken in the place;)

The check-in process was quick and hassle-free. The apartments are located in the city center, making it easy to explore the surroundings. The furnishings and equipment in the apartment were sufficient and met our expectations.

United KingdomThere was no tea/coffee maker as stated, only a kettle, and without any tea or coffee to make- even though they didn't state they offer it, it is nowadays a standard to provide. Apartments are at the top floor (3rd or 4th) with no lift- I didn't mind this at all, but someone with a heavy suitcase or a less fit physique should be aware.
Very good location in the centre, huge bath, sauna... the receptionist lady was very kind and helpful.

SlovakiaI checked in late in the evening. Firstly, I couldn’t find the place (bar), where I should check in, then I was no able to find the right door to the bar. The 2 ladies in the bar who should check me in were very unfriendly, couldn’t give me the right information about anything: how to get to my room, car-parking or not working air-condition. It was everything very confusing. The entrance door to the accommodation is closed, dark and has a sign "Notary office closed". Somehow you should know, this is your door. (I didn’t) You have to know, that if on the 1.st floor there is room Nr.5, room Nr. 3 will be on the second floor. To find the parking was a nightmare. Be sure, you are very familiar with Levice before you decide for this accommodation, otherwise you get lost as I did. And then came the best part: There was about 35°C outside and maybe 40°C inside the room. I switch on the AC and it got even hotter. I was claiming, the AC was not working, but it actually did. It just took about 5 hours to cool the room to the normal temperature... If it was not too late, I would definitely look for another place…..
