Checking in was quick and flexible, and the receptionist was kind and very attentive, always trying to help even when I had to communicate through a translator. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, with all the necessary tools for meals and cooking. The location of the accommodation was excellent: there are grocery stores and restaurants nearby, and the hiking trails are easily accessible.!

The receptionists were quite unfriendly and unhelpful - there is no left luggage facility and they had no suggestion as to where we could leave our luggage. There were no coffee making facilities in the room besides a kettle.

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The apartments are in a good location for exploring the Tatras. The Slovakian restaurant on the site is really good with great staff.

The fan in the bathroom doesn't stop for ~20-30 minutes after turning off the light, which is a lot after a long hike when you want to just sleep. Checkout at 10 sounds good, but - again, - after a long hike... :)

We loved the room, amazing views, nice and quiet at night, and thanks to the high ceiling and the balcony the mountains are right there with you!

The receptionists were not very helpful. Check-in and check-out process went well, but they are most like not going to help you with any other request regarding the room, since 'it is operated by an external owner', so there is nothing they can do for you. You have to deal with the owner directly.

This accommodation is right in the heart of Stary Smokovec. It is beautiful, modern, and clean. The room was spacy, quiet, and well equipped. Just be aware that there are down duvet and pillows, which was a bit uncomfortable for me as an allergic person.

I liked everything about this place. Easy to check-in, great location for hiking in the mountains, fast WiFi, good size balcony with lovely view, the room was bigger than expected, very clean and the kitchen area was really well equipped with anything you need to prep breakfast or cook your dinner. would stay again anytime.

Not a ton of privacy with blinds open if all surrounding units are booked. A bit hot inside, didn't seem like A/C worked. Mattress too firm, pillows too soft (should perhaps stock a firmer pillow in the closet for guests who prefer it).

Excellent location, close to several good restaurants and convenience stores, cable car, train station, and bus stop. Large balcony that wraps around the unit. Great view of mountain. Very quiet & peaceful at night (most people come on daytrips to Stary Smokovec & go home at night). Well-equipped unit. Kind host.

I was with my friend, but not a partner, so sleeping in 1 bed was not an option, I used the sofa, but there was no spare bedsheet. It was a bit uncomfortable. The local tax extremely high, 3.5 eur/ person/day, while in guest houses in Horny Smokovec the price was muuuch cheaper (ao 0.7eur), I wonder why this difference?

Location, near the Hrebieniok line, and close to the yellow route from Polski Hrebień, clean room, good facilities around, nice terrace, very good planning, easy access to underground parking, nice Staff.

The parking space is too small. It is next to a concrete pillar on the side and the fire extinguisher on the back wall. My small car didn't quite fit. There is nothing that the owners can do about this issue.

A great location to access the mountains for hiking. The funicular and the train station are both only a few minutes walk and deliver travelers to major trail heads with ease. Groceries and restaurants only a few minutes walk. The unit is spacious and clean.

The room was a little stuffy without the sliding door to the patio being open, air conditioning was very noisy & had to be switched off. If u want to use the gym in the hotel it’s €7 a time. WiFi patchy

The hot water could be more warm. The refigerator was a bit lout (maybe for me) There was some dust on the furniture.

Great location, comfortable room, great view to the mountains, good value for money. It was quite. The host let me check out later which was a great help. Uppon arrival accidentally they made me pay somewhat more than it was necessary but later they paid me back without asking.

I didn't like the lighting, and the hot water wasn't really hot. I couldn't figure out, how the heating works, therefore it was hard to dry the clothes.

It was near to the lanovka to Hrebianok, there was a parking slot in the building, shops and restaurants in nearby, fresh air, silence, we slept really well.

we have booked two apartments, we spent really good time here. we had everything we needed, local shop is very close to buy breakfast, as well good restaurants in close proximity. as well public transport up to the mountains, and train is pretty close. kids were very happy about the fast wifi. we had a pretty good scenic view on the mountains from the window.

Spectacular views from my apartment at top of building A. Excellent condition of apartment. Air con/heating excellent. WiFi very good. Well appointed kitchen facilities & equipment/cutlery/plates etc. Floor to ceiling (high ceiling) windows on 2 sides. Brilliant balcony on 2 sides.

One of the best apartments I've been. Cozy, clean, big enough for 4 adults and 4 kids... All kitchenette appliances ( microwave, Owen, dishwasher and more... ) but most importantly it was very very clean ! Definitely not the last visit for me ! Highly recommended!!!
