The breakfast was bad. Cheap products from Metro that they bring to your door in the morning. It is not worth the money.

The pillows were a little bit flat, but it's a meter of personal preference.

Very clean, big room with kitchen and all needed utensils. electric heater warms the room in 2 min. Towels and bed sheets look new and smell good. A lot of parking space, (places are not assigned to rooms, so if you want to ride somewhere in the evening your previous parking spot could be occupied when you're back) Ski bus stop is 10m from the apartment

We were with the kids and the Apartment has a separate part for the kids and we had also space as living room. Even our bed was places in the Kitchen we liked it a lot. There was also enough schellfs for all our staff even after the skiing

When I was there check-in had to be done at hotel Demänova some 5 min down the road. But it turned out to be pretty handy as they have a nice wellness centre which I enjoyed very much and got to my room fully relaxed :)

The villa is very comfortable. They saw polite hosts there. We were pleasantly surprised. It was wonderful. The place is extremely convenient for visiting the High Tatras - in particular the Lomnitsky Stit.

Not easiest to open the ceiling windows and when you do you realize windows lack screens so flies and mosquitos can easily get in. Also, make it a norm to have a coffee/decaff/tea packets available for guests. Otherwise the apartment was modern, well furnished and clean. Keyless entries and check in process would be more efficient if guests did not have to drive elsewhere to pick up keys.

If there was a plan of the building and apartments available at booking, that would make it easier to chose the right apartment for everyone's needs. 🙂 The noise of the road in front of the building is a bit disturbing.

At arrival we realized that our apartman for 2 is looking on the road on the sunny side of the building and was too hot and noisy. We asked for another apartman but they only had a big family apartman free. We could get it without paying any extra fee, I do really appreciate the flexibility and kindness of the receptionist.The big apartman offered us a degree of comfort far beyond our expectation! Thank you again, we had a great time!

Eggs and sausages comes raw in the breakfast basket to cook for yourself, but there was no oil or even salt available in the room. Ski equipment drier in the basement did not stay powered for long enough to effectively dry anything.

Nice rooms, nice beds, good kitchen equipment. Easy check in, even easier check out (just leave the keys there). Overall a very nice place to stay during a ski trip.

We were there during the international competition, it was a bit noisy from the cars during those days. Maybe it is a good idea to plant trees on the facade of the building to muffle the sounds.

We stayed in a two-room suite. All the furniture and amenities were modern and new, we had everything necessary in the kitchen which helped us to cook and feel comfortable. Modern heaters, designer's renovation - everything was fine. It took us 10 minutes by car to go to the nearest ski-lift Lucky. Also there were ski-buses, it is convenient to reach ski-lifts. Bar situated 200m from apartments, the nearest restaurant ap. 900 m. Cave Demanovska Liberty is also close - 5 min by car or by bus. Fresh air, mountains around apartments - it is fantastic place for rest!

Check in process is terrible (especially if you travel without a car). You have to first go to one hotel which at a bit far from destination place. From there you can go by taxi or bus which is going rarely.

Lack of small welcome pack of Coffee, biscuits, milk, bread and Jam. Also a coffee cafeteria would have been nice as part of the Kitchen equipment. Also, clearer instruction on the parking availability as it was a struggle to get a spot.

We booked two different apartments and both were really nice. You could find anything you need for your stay. They were clean and comfortable. There also is ski boots dryer and ski room. If you want to use a ski bus, the ski bus stop is near the apartments.
