Good location: not far from a shopping mall and the city center with plenty of places to eat. Clean. Self check-in. Decent Wi-Fi. Inner courtyard with parking spaces. There’s a washing machine, which came in very handy for doing laundry after a hike.

Unfortunately, we had some issues with check-in. We arrived around 10 PM (we had informed the host about this in advance). We received check-in instructions from the manager, but the key wasn’t in the lockbox. No one answered our calls, and we only got a reply via text message. We were placed in a different room, not the one we had booked. The room we originally reserved was already occupied by our neighbors. The mattress was kind of saggy :( For some reason, I was under the impression we'd have our own bathroom, but it turned out to be shared among three rooms. I might have simply overlooked this detail in the accommodation's description.

I only spent one night here on the way and I appreciated the easy access from the road (but calm location). The room was quite big, looked nice and the bed was very comfortable. I wouldn't stay for longer because the shared kitchen is small and basically you share the apartment with other people. But overall, it was super clean and nicely arranged, the bathroom was also nice with all the facilities.

The apartment was clean, the parking is really comfortable. The room was small, but for short stay it is perfect.

On booking it was advertise it is an entire apartment. Nowhere it is mentioned in English that you share the bathroom and kitchen. I had a really noisy neighbour, so couldn’t sleep at night. The owner was not polite at all.

Very cozy. Everything was great. Self check-in. Parking.

Downtown is very close

Perfect place to stay for a short trip.

The apartment is very clean the room had lots of space and the communication as well as the location from Martin city centre is perfect. Close to shops. There are all the cooking facilities there and an espresso machine with fresh ground coffee. Exceptionally clean and the bathroom has great water pressure. Entrance to the apartment is easy with a keybox with parking out the front (usually out the back but there was building works going on fixing up the carpark)

Perhaps we missed reading this but we didn't realise that it was a communal bathroom and kitchen. It wasn't a problem but we just weren't expecting that. I probably misread the blurb. However as I said there was no problem with it and everything was immaculately clean.
