The spa has everything you need. Hotel is beautiful with tasty food.

The mattress in our room was way too firm and the pillows were one of the most uncomfortable ones I ever experienced.

everything was in the best way. The room very clean, the restaurant perfect with a lot of variety of food, in the morning and also in the evening. the team and the manager very kindly and professional. The SPA- greatest, with a planty of saunas , pools, recreation room, must go to visit in the evening night.

    everything was perfect

All the facilities were SUPER !

Our Room was 370 and it was right next to a new room or space and they started drilling and hammering before 8:00 in the morning right through the whole day 😩

Its picturisque architecture if the statues, spa and building! It's more than beautiful!

The rooms are not comfortable: Pillows are thin for example! No nesscoffee or cappuccino provided during breakfast...it's limited to either tea or black coffee which I personally don't prefer. At dinner, there is nothing to drink, if you ask for water from the tap, you will have to pay for it!

We had booked via booking.com and confirmed the price for 2 adults and 2 children by email. Despite this they charged 150 euros extra for the kids on arrival and spent almost an hour (of our spa-time) checking us in. This was an annoying start. The Deluxe room was decent but nothing out of the ordinary. We found the room to be short a couple of bath robes and towels which was rectified by staff.

The spa was nice, albeit a little crowded, and there is a nudist policy for the natural spa (the nicest part) after 17:00. We enjoyed the Turkish bath in the general admission area and the Sauna World. The kids liked the main indoor pool.

After this, “welcome drinks” were enjoyed in the hotel bar, but the only two choices were Prosecco and “juice”.

The dinner buffet was quite nondescript. It can best be described as a cross between a Las Vegas buffet 20 miles from the Strip crossed with Eastern European hospital canteen food in the 1990s. Nobody really liked anything except for the pork cheeks which were excellent. The dining room is quite grand and might be considered instagrammable by some.

The next morning was started with a breakfast buffet. We had high expectations after reading the reviews on TripAdvisor, but it was quite disappointing. Again, nobody really liked anything and we ended up eating some fruit and yogurt (the Muesli and nuts were decent). Windfall vegans can rest assured that no hanging fruit was harmed in the making of any of the “juices”. The taste was horrible though.

Again, the spa was great. The natural spa is lovely and Sauna World is very enjoyable. Strangely there is no water available for hotel guests except small bottles you can purchase at the bar at exorbitant prices. Day spa guest can fill their own bottles at the entrance. Beer is priced quite reasonably.

The check out is at 11:00 despite the spa time lasting till 14:00. Check-out was almost as cumbersome as the check-in procedure and took away another hour of spa-time.

We liked the spa facilities. It was very good. The message was fantastic!

We didn't like the buffet choices.
