Location

No staff át reception only for phone call, Satellite TV was not working with TV, room key was provided after 15 min search

The location is great and staff was helpful. The room was clean. The toilet got clogged but staff helped me and they were always kind.

The room has little space to walk because of the roof. The bed was comfortable but the bed cover was not covering the whole bed, which was a bit uncomfortable, my girlfriend did not like that. There wasnt much in the room, no hairdryer, no coffee, even tho there was a kettle and cups. The tv was set to slovakian language which I do not speak so i couldnt really log in to netflix or anything.

Very pleasant stay, apartment spacious and clean. All amenities included, WiFi and tv, plenty of space and close to train and centre of town.

Hotel was in a great location close to the cable car, breakfast was cooked to order and the ham omelette was very good The young woman on reception who checked us in was very friendly and helpful and sorted out an issue we had with a leak above 1 of the beds Despite her not being able to issue us with a twin room that evening it was a very pleasant surprise to return to our room the following day and find the double bed had been replaced with 2 single beds instead The bar was a very relaxed area to h wind after a busy day

The rooms were quite small and if you are hiking in bad weather which we did there was very little space in the room to to try and dry some of your equipment along with a suitcase in there Nobody on reception in the morning for check out so was confusion on where to leave luggage before our early evening flight and where to leave the room room key which haven’t checked with the restaurant staff were told to leave the key in the door The wellness suite was only for private packages which started at around €50

Good location, delicious food in the restaurant

Poor english skills of the staff, we were there for 5 days, but the towels were not changed and the trash was not taken out, everyone in the administration said something different. In the end it turned out that you have to specifically request it in advance. We got towels, but no one took out the trash either. Breakfast is tasty, but monotonous, if you stay longer

Good value for the price. The room is small but clean. Good breakfast, sauna didn't work.

It was hot in the room.

Convenient location (10 min walk to the ski lifts, a couple of min to the shops). Comfortable beds (except for the pillows, which were too high, but that's personal). The mountains can be seen from the balcony. Hearty breakfast from the breakfast menu.

Noisy environment (understandable when there is a restaurant and a beer bar under the windows) and no air conditioning in the apartment.

Rooms are all new and clean, and there is a restaurant in the hotel which has the best reviews in the area - and fairly so. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed all our meals. Staff is friendly and speaks good English.

I was told that sauna „is booked for the entire weekend” while there were hardly any other people staying overnight. I suspect the wellness area was out of order. I would appreciate more honest response and also recommendations as to where I could go instead to use sauna/wellness area (I’ve done my own research and there are options nearby, but it could be more efficient if I could just to get a hint from the reception). Hotel is located near the train crossing, but surprisingly it is not a big deal even for the light sleepers like myself (trains are infrequent and quiet)

missing hairdryer, but it was my fault, I assumed it should be a standard equipment of the room, but it wasn't

The breakfast offered was very good and the location of the hotel is quite convenient. The parking that is free for visitors of the hotel is an important advantage. The room was overall clean. The staff is very helpful (although the reception is only open for a few hours per day).

The room is extremely small and the fact that is an attic makes it even more claustrophobic. For a few days however it is actually fine. The rooms are not cleaned during the stay and the reception is only open for a few hours per day.

Room view, big windows towards the mountain, good bed and shower room

Not enough electrical sockets, old style TV and remote, no room fridge

Nowhere to store items in shower. Turfed out of room before 10am deadline.
