Nothing, really. If I had to say, the front desk was not 24 hours, so you need to inform them if your check-in/out is either early or late. Having said that, this wasn't an issue for us because our flights were within their operating hours.

It was a fabulous place! The building itself, interior and rooms looked great. Clean rooms with very comfy beds. Water was provided and breakfast at the garden was wonderful. The location is amazing as it is at the edge of the Old Town (i.e. easy access via Uber and other vehicles) and walkable distance or easy access to almost all tourist attractions.

The room on the first floor was a bit noisy especially in the morning when breakfast activities began.

Second time we were in this hotel so there were no surprises. The location is simply top, you can reach almost everything by feet. Breakfast is nice. Big bathroom.

As the area is pedestrianised, you need to walk a couple of hundred metres with you bags to get to reception, however there's nothing the hotel can do about this!

Beautiful hotel in the historic old town of Bratislava. Friendly and attentive staff with excellent English, the large family room accommodated 2 adults and 2 children easily. Good breakfast with excellent local pastries. The location is fantastic, right next to St Martin's tower and you're on the main pedestrianised street within minutes.

It's a little rough around the edges, some of the fixings were broken in the bathroom and the TV was completely unusable for some reason - unsure if you had to pay extra for it but not a big issue.

Loved this hotel, very welcoming, good air conditioning and room size, shower was good. The outdoor seating area for breakfast is very nice and the location is perfect. I would definitely return if I visit Bratislava again.

TV programs didn't work, power outlets (eg. To charge your phone) are rare... hidden behind the bedside table.

Not great when carrying laarge amounts of luggage as you need to walk 10 mins to hotel from the road with bags.

Great location right in the centre of the old town. Staff were very helpful as we arrived late and gave us very easy instructions to follow. We booked a large room which had windows on either side which made the room very light and airy. Breakfast was well presented and you could eat inside the breakfast room or outside in the courtyard.

There is nowhere else to sit except for the garden and a very small sitting area near the Smal reception and both of these closed officially at 10 o’clock although on both nights we were staying they had shut by 930 which is very early

Air con is ineffective but there was a big fan provided in the room. Our view was over some office buildings but no real issue.

The location is absolutely amazing, down a cobbled site street right in the heart of the old town. The garden is peaceful and a lovely place for breakfast. Breakfast selection was good but finishes quite early (for us!) so only had it one day. Woman on reception was lovely every time we saw her.
