The pillows were very uncomfortable. The clima panel was not working so we could low the room temperature and it was hot for us.

Hard to say. If I had to nitpick, then just two small things: we were given only one key card, which made it a bit inconvenient to stay in the room alone if the other person took the card with them (of course, we didn’t bother asking for another one). The entrance to the parking lot in front of the building was a bit confusing — a sign would help. However, it was still under construction, so this will probably be nicely resolved.

New hotel, comfortable high bed, plenty of space in the room, and everything needed for cooking was available. Very helpful staff. The location was also excellent — quiet, with the city center just a few steps away.

Ir seemed that there should be the possibilty to enter the balcony (we had a room on 2nd floor), but there were still construction/unfinished work and a barrier before doors. Or maybe it was meant as roof, but anyway it was unfinished.

There's nothing really to complain about, but I would appreciate it if the housekeeping service provided more than two coffee capsules per day.

Great location if you are there for hiking. Many trails start just nearby. The apartment was clean, and there was housekeeping service every day. You can access the wellness area with a sauna in the hotel where you pick up the keys (additional fee applies). You can have breakfast in the same hotel, and I can also recommend the restaurant there for dinner

The bedding was nice and plush, but the oversized pillows weren't comfortable to sleep on.

Everything. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed to be very confortable. We were able to easily walk to everything we needed after arrival. Parking was onsite.

The TV Controls were in Slovak and couldn’t change them. True, didn’t ask staff for help because it was of little inconvenience.

No AC .I can't keep open the doors Of the balconies because alot of non invited insects . Too early chick out 10 am ..

Everything was good. There is still weekday, daytime, construction around the building. It didn’t bother us at all. No AC, but open windows cooled everything down well in mid-June.

We had a huge apartment with terrace on the 3rd floor for 4 nights. Everything seems new. Parking was near the front door. The apartment is a very short walk to the train station and a number of good restaurants and the village’s store. We did breakfast in, ate picnic lunches on the trails, and enjoyed the restaurants for dinner. If you plan to self-cater (more than breakfast) shop in a bigger town. We had towel and trash service daily when we wanted it. Bed was large and very comfortable. Tons of closet space.

Check-in is at the neighbouring hotel, which while not very far is slightly inconvenient with a big suitcase. The hotel also charged us an extra €5 per person to use the sauna there (€20pp total) because we were from the apartments

Apartment had great facilities (kitchen, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine). Complimentary pods, dishwasher tablets and detergent were a great touch, and they replaced these when we used them. Mountain views from the balcony were incredible. Nice big smart TV.

Confusing parking system

The accommodation was very clean, pleasant, comfortable bed, we didn't miss anything. Very close to everything, hotel service great. The view from the room we woke up to every morning was breathtaking.

Studio much smaller than expected. Probably my fault for not checking the finer details but I thought the studio had a separate room plus a sofa bed. However, the sofa bed was tight next to the double in a room the size of a normal hotel room. Quite snug for 3 people.

If you travel with a baby stroller you’d find a discomfort when entering the hotel as the corridor level is 3 stairs lower then the entrance. So it was inconvenient to carry a baby and a striker over 3 steps.

Good location which is away from town restaurants and close to the small lake. The vicious the railway station doesn’t bother at all. Trains are quiet nowadays. The appartment is big and well equipped for a short stay. We took some products with us and cocked. One good thing is to have an appartment from the 3 floor as the reserved parking place is in the underground garage with the lift. Those who stay at 1st and second floor park outside.
