How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

We liked everything. We got a room with Mountain View and it was awesome! The apartment is modern and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is big. It has two flat-screen TV (bedroom and living room). There was no air-conditioning but we really did not need one. It was cool even in late July.

Balcony and view misleading in the pictures
Modern and clean. Friendly staff. Wellness center in the hotel is well maintained, good to relax after a long day of hiking. Reservations in 2 hour slots, up to 12 people. We were fortunate to have all 2 hour slot just for us as nobody else booked.

For the spa we had to pay above the rent and we had to book in advance and it’s just for two hours
The building is new , our room was well equipped, nice, and clean.

Excellent apartment just next to the train station. Beautiful view to the mountains from the balcony. Well stocked apartment for all your needs with plenty of space.

I needed more fresh air in and the windows didn’t allow it. Next time I’ll take a room with a balcony.

Our standard room was quite spacious and very clean. The staff is very kind. Both the breakfast and dinner were excellent in the restaurant. Super hotel!

A gentleman at the Front Desk is really patient to help us change room. Some good restaurants are close to this hotel.

It was a hot day in the mountains and there was no air condition turned on by the management. The front desk staff were trained to evade the issue by saying that in the morning maintenance will look into it. When pressed was asked to open the windows. That was frustrating as at one point the receptionist said perhaps i was hot because I was hiking that day which was not the case as I had just arrived. However, overall the staff were excellent.
I loved the modern appliances and esthetic.

Breakfast was rather basic. Difficult to regulate the temperature which made the room very hot.
Excellent room very comfortable, warm clean and great space to relax in. Good facilities and helpful and accommodating staff.

The apartment is facing the mountains and the train station. The view is out of this world. So beautiful. The apartment is large. Enough cooking utensils. The staff are nice. Easy walk to the town center n restaurants.

Excellent hotel experience! The service at reception was outstanding, with one incredibly kind and helpful individual. We had a parking issue and she truly went above and beyond to assist us. Our room was more like an apartment – spacious, comfortable, with a generous bathroom, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a cozy bedroom. The fireplace was a huge bonus, especially since it was 0 degrees Celsius during our stay. The late checkout approval was also a tremendous help. Highly recommend!

Really nice hotel with large rooms and great facilities. The room was clean and we had a big balcony overlooking the mountains. Spa was also very nice and well maintained. The staff were excellent as well, especially Lilly who was very attentive and hospitable - she made our stay!

Everything was perfect! The location is amazing, close to the train station, exactly what you need. It has a bar and it has a restaurant. The wellness was great, had a couple of sauna options, we really enjoyed it. The interior of the apartments is top tier.

we couldn't use the fireplace, we didn't have a remote control in the room (we were surprised; according to the description and photos we looked at beforehand, we were looking forward to a functional fireplace)

Everything was perfect, we got a room at the reception floor but we asked it to change it because of the noise and they changed it for us immediately and were very kind. All the staff we met during our stay was very helpful and proffesional. The apartment has everything you might need, everything is in great quality and provides a warm cozy feeling. The cherry on the top for us was the wellness which we were lucky to enjoy in private because there were no other guests booked at the same time. 3 saunas, jacuzzi and big resting area for 15€ is amazing deal. We were very pleased with our stay and will definitely love to come again!

Really spacious and well equipped, very comfortable and a big balcony. The location is amazing for hiking in the mountains, it is close to a lot of different footpaths.
