Very good location, exellent staff and service, good facilities (incl. spa, children's room, bar, ...) and great bufet breakfast/dinner. We had a great 1 week long stay with our 2.5 years old.

We stayed in room G3. For future guests, please be aware that 'M1' refers to a building name, not a specific room. The hotel should clarify this to avoid misleading guests. Firstly, the room we received did not match the photos from our booking. While it was not a smaller or worse room, it was different, and we believe guests should receive what they see when they book. Secondly, the room felt empty and had only the bare essentials, which was surprising as the photos showed a very colorful and well-decorated space. Additionally, I think hotels in Slovakia should stop using such an uncomfortable pillow. Additionally, the bartender was very rude and condescending. When we ordered an espresso, he mockingly asked if we meant "expresso," claiming it was a larger version, which doesn't exist. He also refused to make eye contact when taking our orders. Furthermore, the wellness area was extremely small for a hotel of this size. The infrared sauna could only accommodate two people, making it feel claustrophobic. Although the hotel appears to have been renovated, the insulation was poor, and we could hear anyone walking in the corridor as if they were in our own room. The cleaning staff would also prop doors open while talking loudly, disturbing guests. Finally, at checkout, the receptionist asked for an additional 2.5 euros for the staff. After paying nearly 500 euros for a two-night stay, we found this request to be unprofessional.

We liked the hotel's location and architecture. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the bed was very comfortable. It is fair to mention that we received a complimentary bottle of rose wine when we left, which was a nice gesture.

We stayed in one of the older buildings in a one bedroom apartment, the couch in the livingroom was old, squeaky and smelled funny. The TV, although smart, had no Netflix or the like

Very nice apartment hotels, very friendly staff, private parking (ours was underground), a beautiful spa with hot tubs and saunas, Breakfast and dinner buffet. The apartment is very equipped with an induction stove, microwave, cookware and refrigerator. It is near a quiet little town and a vast forest with a view of the higher tetra mountains.

Some of the staff does not speak english, so it is hard for us to get along and communicate. On the same topic, most of the printed material about the hotel is also in slovak only. The check-in was very late, at aprox 17;30 (we arrived first at the hotel at 14) and of course after a long travel we wanted to dine in at the hotel, but the first reaction was that we did not announce that in time so we can not eat there!? But in the end it was ok and we could, but it is not very welcoming to refuse like that guests who wants to spend extra money in your hotel. We were not told that the hotel does not clean the room or change the towels unless you specifically ask for that at the reception! We discovered in the last day a little print in the room that stated that. So for 5 nights we had the same towels and bedsheets... very little cleaning was made. Also, please put a foot towel in the bathroom because the tiles are very cold. The heating is from radiators but most of the time they were cold, even if outside at night were -13 degrees. In the SPA area (which had a very unusual timetable, closed from 9 to 12 am) it was impossible to use the swimming pool because is was crowded with a lot of children with inflatables screaming and jumping all the time, so we stayed in sauna area (adults only), which is pretty nice. No snacks or tea or juice for free, but nice anyway. The most annoying and disturbing thing was the noise that some part of the electric system in our room was making, especially at night, very sudden and loud, like a shortcircuit, that woke us up every night. We told the reception about that at check-out, I hope it was resolved.

The resort is very modern with good architecture and interior design, the apartment was spacious, nicely decorated, the surroundings were quiet and well maintained, close to the ski slope (10 min), shops and restaurants (by car). Breakfast was good, also dinner buffet is worth the money. I have to mention the bar that we visited one night and it was very cosy and welcoming and the bartender was the most professional and nice person from the staff. The SPA area is nice but can easily be better with a timetable divided between families and adult only so everybody can enjoy the facilities. The prices are very good at the restaurant and bar and in general.

The resort was amazing, especially the staff they are very kind and helpful, and the breakfast is amazing. The dinner is also very nice. The welness section is perfect. The location is under the mountain, which is not an issue with a car it is 15 minutes to go up.

On the second day, the water level and temperature in the outdoor jacuzzi were lower, which was a bit uncomfortable.

Access to the wellness starts afternoon, so you will not be able to get there at the last day of your stay (check-out is at 10:30). But this is the only, everything else is awesome.

Great place to chill in at winter, all possible wellness facilities including outdoor jacuzzi under the snowfall :) Stuff is friendly, meals and deserts very testy and of a great variety, rooms of a decent size, hotel is new itself so everything works as a clockwork. Many families with the small kids and toddlers, hotel is a family hotel indeed. Drive carefully, roads via mountains can be tricky.

In my opinion for the size of the resort the wellness was a bit small so it was pretty crowded sometimes, worth to mention that we were unlucky and each day some sauna was brokenor not working properly. Also the fitness was very small, I would say 2 people max. would fit comfortably but understand that it's probably not used very often or by too many visitors.

Great and wide variety of food for both breakfasts and dinners. Staff was very friendly and helpful any time needed. Wellness was amazing, especially the external sauna especially at winter time.

But there is always a but... 1, understaffed 2, poor quality of English for most of the staff. We have asked for cleaning but never happened. The wellness opens only by 3pm regularly - during our stay it was open from noon. The sauna world is only for 18+.

There is no pedestrian pathway to the village center. You have to walk beside the main road where can be heavy traffic, so it is better to leave the resort every time by car.

The main highlight of our stay here were the staff . We felt really taken care of and important. Service was super quick . The breakfast was the other , it was amazing, so much so that I wish I didn't feel full and could eat some more . Huge selection of foods and all delicious.

It can be a little noisy at night when you hear the train- but not too bad and you get use to it.

Location- easy access to main roads , close to many beautiful sites in High Tatry mountains. Decoration- cozy, warm, beautiful, clean, new, modern + traditional, functional, it seems they thought about everything in the 1 bedroom apartmen, it is very convenient for a small family. The privacy, space, 2 bathrooms and a small kitchen. You enjoy from the convenience of an apartment + the service and the benefits of the hotel. Great Breakfast! Surrounding- everything is green and beautiful. The pool area and the wellness center. Atmosphere- quiet, relax. Great value for money Parking Wifi Highly recommended!

There is nothing I truly disliked but there are a few things that could be perhaps improved. 1. There is no full length mirror in the room. Just a regular one in the bathroom. This was a bit of a problem for me but fortunately there was a slightly bigger mirror in the lift which served its purpose. 2. In the wellness area there is no drinking water station. There is a bar where they will give you the water (free of charge) or you can order what you like. So however, having a bar there is cool and you have the option to have various drinks, I still feel it would be more comfortable to have the drinking water station in the resting space in the wellness.

Excellent for families. Truly very children-friendly accommodation. There is a huge play room inside, a kid’s pool and outside playground. Also, the staff was very friendly and polite. The food was tasty and there were many options.
