The bed was uncomfortable, the showerhead was broken, and water was leaking from it (for me, it was annoying to sleep with that ). It was air-conditioned only in the reception, in the room I was melting because of the hot temperatures. There was a small fan in the room from which my boyfriend and I got cold.

I liked the location of the hotel, fair for the location and the price. Also, the room looked clean and tidy, free wifi.

It does not clearly state that the twin room is divided into two separate bedrooms which you have to share with others. The shower and toilet are shared. It would help if the facilities were cleaned more frequently. The staff I dealt with although friendly did not speak English well.

Location is only 10 min away from the airport using public transport. Bus stop is 200m away. There is a large shopping centre and Ikea about 300m away to do your shopping. Bus 63 into the city is 50m from hotel and takes up to 30 min to get into the city centre. The price for this room is comparable for a bed at a hostel with some more privacy.

Well the furniture and beds are quite old and it was very hot inside of the building with only 1 airco in the entry hall. Overall I think it was not that bad, but as someone with allergies as I am I think it could be a problem.

Location is perfect, very close to the Avion shopping center. Also we were happy with parking and in general we kind of expected what we're getting for the price we paid so I think mission accomplished.

if you do not have a car do not book this hotel, traveling by bus to the city center was challenging. Also, the staff at the reception was a bit rude. I booked this hotel at the last minute. You can get better places for cheaper.

It is near a shopping center and Ikea. You do not have to travel far for food.

The room wasn't cleaned so we had to wait even longer for it to be ready. Checking in takes ages as only one woman on reception and seemingly taking more details than all other hotels in the country. Room wasn't too clean or modern with dirty plates and furniture that came straight out of 1960

Sheets are applied to the base mattress, and you can see through the sheets enough to know that this is most likely not completely sanitary. The shower head is placed in a hook that makes the water flow towards the doors and not down to the floor, which makes it awkward to use. This seems necessary and would require very little investment to ensure a more functional experience. The expense does not justify staying in a room that has not been updated in probably more than 10, maybe even 20 years. The fridge is also loud with running and requires that I unplug it for my stay.

Dirty bathroom. Housekeeper tried to open door every 10 minutes without knocking. It was very annoying and disturbing.

My experience at this property was very disappointing. The room was clearly not properly cleaned—there was dust throughout, hair on the bed, and rubbish left next to the toilet. The room had visible mold, and the bathroom ceiling paint was peeling badly. The fridge was dirty, the bedside lamp didn’t work, and the elevator mirror was broken, giving the whole place a neglected and outdated feel. To make matters worse, the staff were careless and made an inappropriate comment suggesting I must have a better life in the UK than in Slovakia. This felt unprofessional and made me uncomfortable as a guest. Unless you're specifically looking for a stay that feels like a time capsule from the communist era, I cannot recommend this property. It has potential, but the lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and respectful service made the stay unpleasant.

Everything, for same price I had beautifull double bed in center. This hotel was so uncomfortable, everything extremely old, also whole atmosphere I felt like in some Geto. Neighbor was snoring It felt like I sleep next to him and from another side It felt like I was part of orgy. Never ever this hotel again.

Receptionist was nice, location was close to airport and shopping.

Excellent place near the airport, good transport links. Great restaurant inside, helpful reception. Overall, facilities are slightly vintage, but we loved it. It reminded us of good old student years when bathroom/toilet/kitchen was shared and accomodation was completely basic. But the property was clean, tidy , what else to wish for?
