Greatest little hotel ever! Location was amazing! Right in the old town, but on the edge of it so you get the proximity but the quiet also! I recommend getting a room on a higher floor (I was on the third floor) because the first floor can get noisy when people are going to breakfast. The lady that greated me at check in was very nice and showed me to my room.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional, a wonderful breakfast served by Jana, a perfect location to the bus station, brilliant restaurants, historic city and the wonderful walkable capital city.

In Bratislava everything is within walking distance. This hotel could be in the center of everything you want to do. Breakfast is nice, staff helpful.

Not a problem for us but there is no lift, but the hotel is only 2 stories high.

The location is exceptional! Fantastic value!!Walking distance to everything but also quiet. We had a room for 3 of us, 1 double and 1 single. It was spacious and light and the curtains in the evening kept the light and noise out. The air con was greatly appreciated after a very warm day sightseeing. Check in is open till late and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. You can pick up a free paper map which really helped us navigate our way around. Very easy to get an uber to/from

A very minor disadvantage: an old-school metal key from the room with a huge and heavy fob. A plastic card would be much better.

A beautiful small hotel in the historic center, close to main tourist attractions, with endless bars, restaurants and clubs nearby. Well maintained, with professions staff, clean and comfortable.

The room could use some shades over the window in addition to blackout blinds so we can have privacy from the apartments overlooking our room while getting natural light.

The room was small, which was not a problem except the bed was next to the wall and I kept turning into the wall the entire night.

Excellent location in the city centre, clean room, helpful staff. Felt like a hotel combined with an apartment stay. Would gladly stay again.

Based on the reviews I was expecting the hotel to be more special. It turned out to be very ordinary. The staff could have been more friendly and at least looked up from the computer when we left and said goodbye. The breakfast is best avoided if you are a vegetarian.

A little bit noise from the street on the first floor and shower gel was finished.

Very nicely located and very nice and flexible staff with the luggage, using the terrace while waiting and warming up my food. Also giving some tips how to get to my bus easier. Didn’t expect too much so it was pretty much what I expected. Small room in the heart of the city with basic stuff and air con 🙂

We had a great stay at Bluebell Hotel. The location was perfect — everything was close by and easy to access, which made our trip very convenient. The hotel was clean and well-kept overall, which we really appreciated. One small issue was that there was no soap in the bathroom when we arrived. It seemed like it had run out and we didn't ask for it to be refilled, so that’s partly on us. The breakfast was good, though we noticed they use quite a lot of oil in some dishes. That might just be the local style, though, and the food was still tasty. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely consider coming back!

Shower flooded out a bit onto the main bathroom floor each time I used it.

GREAT location for staying in Bratislava as a tourist, You are next to a main bus station that takes You to airport/Vienna and next door to Bratislava old town. Receptionist Zuzana was great and helped me with recommendations during my stay :) Thank You so much for all the help! (and the brolly!) As a solo-traveller I felt very safe and taken care of!

No closet and not many horizontal surfaces to put your things down or unpack. The shelf provided was a little unstable. And not very useful.
