We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

PolandThe restaurant was closed which I understand given the low season, but the offer on booking.com should be updated, restaurant on site was a factor of my choice. Meanwhile, we had to drive to the center of Dolny Kubin to have dinner.
Very nice guesthouse situated at the very end of a village (formally part of the town Dolny Kubin but in reality a small village in the mountains). Surrounded by nature, very quiet place. Comfortable room with a nice view from the balcony, very good breakfast, a lot of parking space. Fabulous castle Oravsky hrad within less than 20 minutes of driving.

HungaryReally nice hotel, ideal with little child, there is a wonderful playroom. The hotel has a dining room, with microwave oven, fridge and all the equipments to eat, it was really helpful. We booked our rooms in last minute, because of a car accident we had to stay in Slovakia, but all the staff was really nice and helpful. All in all it was a pleasure to stay there!

PolandBoth the hotel and restaurant are overpriced for what you get. For 96 Euro, I got a very basic outdated room with a broken toilet, and in the restaurant, for 7 Euro you get 2 frozen chicken nuggets

HungaryThe price on the booking.com was unreal! - But some weeks earlier the hotel sent us a letter about the accomodation, so we had known the real prices when we arrived. The real price was correct, but the price on the booking.com is misleading.
The breakfast was plenty and delicious. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is very friendly. The foods of the restaurant are very fresh and delicious. The surroundings beautiful, the ski park is very close (3 km) with many slopes and you can borrow all the skiing/snowboard stuffs there.
