Further from the airport than expected so needed to get a taxi but the hotel arranged this and it wasn't too expensive.

Good basic hotel that did everything we needed it to be. Staff were very welcoming and everything was clean.

The elevators were horrible. There were stairs but they could be used only in case of emergency. The elevators sounded like they would break down at any moment. It was like having turbulences in a plane, super scary.

Very nice hotel. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Keep in mind that the breakfast and parking aren't included in the price of the room. The parking was 10 euro per day and the breakfast was 10 euro per person. The staff was very nice and welcoming. Spoke very good English.

Even though there was a kettle in the room, last time I stayed in the hotel I had no tea / coffee in the room which used to be available in the past. It slowly becomes pricier and there are other hotels (within reasonable distance) with higher standard for the same or even lower price.

I stay in this hotel most of the time I need to travel to Bratislava due to convenient location for me. It meets all my needs. The staff is always nice and helpful and the rooms are always clean.

There was a function going on when we arrived so restuarant not open...would have nice to have known so we could have made different dinner plans sooner

Staff couldn't have been more helpful, helped us book a taxi for the next morning to the airport which was prompt and reasonably priced. Really good sound proofing for a noisy spot, we slept so well. Shower was really good.

Pillows were too low and soft, so I had to request another one at reception. The A/C was difficult to operate, I turned it to cold and 22°, yet for some reason it still gave out warm air.

Helpful, multilingual staff. Nice room and bed. Breakfast was excellent. Different lighting options made it easy to customize lighting to your liking. Overall nice ambience.

The hotel is mostly very quiet, but the noise of the doors to the surrounding rooms slamming closed was loud.

Super friendly and welcoming staff, very close to the airport for ease of travel, clean and comfortable rooms, great breakfast selection.

Bathroom both toilet roll holders rusty, shower curtain was tattered and torn at the top of it and I was surprised it had not fall off.

The hotel is next to a shopping mall and supermarkets. If you go by car you can be in City Center in 10 minutes, and you can park your car, of course.

Curtains would not close as one of the two were broken - this woken up earlier than planned due to light getting in. Also, pretty noisy room near the road not ideal either

We stayed here after landing at Bratislava airport on a work trip. Our flight was delayed. The bar closed at 10 and we got there at 10.05. We were all hungry but there was not anywhere else to get food or a drink. So we all ate a bag of crips and a diet coke and went to bed. Was a shame as we would have spent good money, It would be good to offer a little bit of out of hours service for food/drink especially if flights are delayed.

The location is a bit difficult to reach if you are not driving in. Involves a bit of walk which can be quite disconcerting with luggage. No toiletries unless you ask for it.

The hotel was well appointed. The receptionist Mr Ahmed was very proactive. Even though the booking had not come through he ushered me to the room and completed formalities later.
