I had heard of early check-out, but there is an early check-in fee, which is a bit cruel. I also had a very loud guest next to my room (the walls are thin).

Slippers were missing.

The staff was soo grate, they prepared room for our honeymoon and it was a nice surprise after a long day of exploring the country. The view from our balcony - priceless.

We liked the warm welcome when we arrived. We were offered a glas of wine and fresh water with lemons. The housekeeping was also very nice. The breakfast was very good. Our bikes were stored in a safe garage. We enjoyed the jakuzzi in our big room.

We arrived by car and received an email with a photo showing what the entrance to the parking looked like, so it was easy to find. At the parking spot, there was a sign with our surname waiting for us, so there was no stress about parking or unloading before check-in. Breakfast was okay, and the staff was nice. The girls working during breakfast did a great job, offering coffee or providing information if needed. We had a nice view from the room, which was clean enough. The size of the room was fine, but that didn’t really matter to us. The lift was a big bonus. The hotel is close to the city center, so we left our car parked for two whole days without touching it, as we could visit all the main sights in Bratislava on foot.

Nice hotel, close to the central bus station, and near the old town of Bratislava. The room was clean and spacious (although a bit outdated), and staff members were very polite and willing to help. Breakfast was satisfying, with a few local products in addition to the typical european breakfast. Nice neighborhood, with interesting choises for food and drink near.

From the moment you arrive it's clear the staff enjoy what they do. They create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The decor is slightly vintage, that seems to date back to the 70ies, but everything is well-maintained. Good breakfast selection. Great central location. Good parking possibilities in the backyard of the hotel.

There is 1 thing that was not right for us..but it may be personal...the toilet space was confined..my hubby is above 2m and the toilet sit was quite tiny and the room almost too small for his long legs.. Also, few spots on the wall caught our attention.

The personal was extremely kind and helpful! Welcome champagne and fresh fruits at tye reception.The room was big, very clean and very comfy..we slept quite good. The hotel is at the edge from the old town entrance which was better than right in its middle due to lots of restaurants and visitors. Breakfast was really good..everything someone could wish for. For us was very important to have a safe parking lot and this hotel has one behind, closed in the night time.We also left with a nice little.present from them..quite nice and attentive!

Lift a bit slow and sound resistance of door to corridor poor, but did not bother us.

Although have pamphlet on how things work in apartment maybe to be shown visually could help visitors staying.. if a small wardrobe ironing board and iron be available in each room would make things easier on house keeping and staff at reception although I requested one and was brought to room. Room service had to use own mobile to ring reception to request as couldn't locate telephone in room plus used booking.com messages to communicate to be honest feedback food amazing and we did order quite late and food was cold due to not being given cutlery. Hence bit late check out.

Short notice booking, was able to easily upgrade room to jacuzzi room. Room very spacious. Mini bar a bonus.. Tasty food, Welcoming staff.. loved that can leave luggage in luggage room as saved me having it on me all day.

The walls could use some paint and there were small signs of wear on the furniture, but not a big deal.

Good location, a quick walk to the historic center. Super friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast and huge (executive) room. Very good internet connection.
