A small minus for the lack of a restaurant in the hotel, you have to eat in town.

Breakfast was very tasty. There was not a huge selection of dishes but everyone will find something for themselves. Location close to the center and the castle. Clean, nice rooms. Minibar in the room a plus.

Only problem was the actual location, menaing it was a bit louder in night with all the motorbikes on the roads and police/or other vehicles with sirens were passing by. Also the parking was a bit confusing since they had only four spaces for their guests and they were all occupied but it got solved pretty fast so it was just a slight annoyance

The furniture and the whole esthetics of a hotel were very pleasant to the eyes. Staff were nice and outgoing and eager to help. Everything was clean and the location was nice since it's close to the uni dorm. Also price was very low (also considering i had bonus from booking) compared to how nice the hotel was. Breakfast was delicious and very esthetically pleasing.

The noise of the main traffic was uncomfortable, family staying with 2 year old. But that's not an issue of hotel, that's subjective opinion

Very close to the castle, DAB and the city center. Polite and helping staff, good offer for breakfast. Many things to do outside so we should come for another stay to enjoy wellness🙂

Breakfast was mediocre. On the 1st morning, they ran out of eggs 35 minutes before closing time with no option of reffiling.

There was "free parking" in the hotel description, but no parking slots for hotel guests available, actually. There is a parking lot right next to the hotel, but it is not free and was completely full, when I arrived. Be aware of that if you travel by car.

No Wifi in my room (nr. 12), only at the front desk. Had a bar under my room, before a holiday, and even though it wasn't noisy I could hear the people outside clearly in my room.

Unfortunately, mine room was on the highest floor so it was quite hot there -- but A/C could fix it within 20 mins.

Nice hotel very close to the castle. Tho hotel room was nice with large bed. The breakfast was nice, standard continental breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausages, cheese, ham, yogurt, etc. Very friendly staff who helped me to update the departure day during the stay. Also, they were able to borrow me an iron for my shirts, which I really appreciated after long travels.

AC indoor unit in the room was full of dust, so didn't use it. Please change and clean the filters!!!

We arrived at 9pm tired after all day trip and the only wish was to go to the bed. There was nobody at reception and after waiting and ringing bell for 10 minutes asked girl at the bar to find somebody. She advised to wait few minutes. After 15 minutes I asked again and finally after some time reception girl appeared without any excuses. It took another 10 minutes to register us and to issue invoice. So in total we spent more that 30 minutes for all this

After 4 nights I have to ask for the room service. Defenetly this hotel does not diserve 4 stars. Breakfast below average. Old bread. The pricelis in the lobby was much lower than on booking.com. I have paid 70€ per night, their pricelist is 49€ per night. I have left before end of my booking, no refund was possible. Loud cars driving every evening arround the hotel. It was very annoying.
