It is all around excellent. Quality of food dinner time. The quality and selection of breakfast items. Very friendly and attentive staff members, perfect wellness area, the entire hotel is just beautiful. The rooms are big enough and comfortable.

Staff was very professional, especially Food and Beverage staff. Restaurant deserves to be full every day. Dishes are full of tastes, cocktails like in cocktail bars. Breakfast is good, could be better filled up. Pool is amazing for kids. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Located in quiet street far from noise of road. But the biggest impression is definitely restaurant, taste of dishes and service. You don't need to go out of hotel, you have everything there.

The bedding smelled of detergent. I believe hotels should use odorless laundry detergents. Especially such awesome hotels.

Exceptionally clean. Bathroom with all new best brands faucets, sink, toilet and shower. Very comfortable mattress and a tall bed with a soft headboard. Sweet and helpful staff. Beautiful restaurant and the dishes I ordered looked like from a magazine. Saunas and the resting area are absolutely great. Head massage from Lucia was out of this world. I greatly recommend.

The bedding had a strong smell of detergent (I have a sensitive nose). I believe hotel bedding should be odorless.

Very very clean. New great quality faucets, toilet, sink and shower. very comfortable bed. Sweet and helpful staff. Great saunas. Head massage from Lucia was something out of this world. I greatly recommend. The restaurant is beautiful and the dishes served were aesthetically pleasant and tasty.

Breakfast for the value of money was a bit simple to compare with other hotels where we used to travel.....plain white yoghurt should be a standard in these days.... I would have think... Coffee and the terase was great💖💖💖💖💖🍀☘️🍀

Hard to say.

It's a nice place to stay for several days, close to the ski hills. Tasty breakfast. Clean room, comfortable bed, all the needed facilities. Good SPA to have rest and chill after a physically tough day. Very cozy reception. Fireplace in the restaurant.

You couldn’t adjust the heating in our room and it was too hot for us and hard to sleep

It my sound like nitpicking, but for all honesty I must also express my slight disappointments - however it should not discourage anybody from booking this hotel; rather a feedback to the owner, manager of the hotel. The breakfast isn't as great as other reviews raved about. The scrambled eggs were way too raw and runny, the pastries were mediocre. There was one lady at the front desk - curly long brown hair, who always had a face like someone just died and spoke rudely with other guests. She never smiled even a bit. She should not work in the hospitality industry. An intern had a wrinkled, dirty white shirt that looked awful. She has no respect to the hotel and the uniform. The first person greeting the guest should be a pleasant one. Neither one of these ladies should be allowed near the front desk. On the other hand, there was another lady with a lighter hair, she was very kind and helpful. My last feedback is about the location. You may think it is not too far from the slopes. However getting up to the ski lifts was always a challenge due to the lack of parking spaces (even though it is paid) and the traffic was always bad on the way up and down as well. It was a very big disappointment compared to ski regions in Austria.

Hotel Demänová is a beautiful, probably very new hotel. The pictures perfectly give back what you may expect when you stay there - unfortunately, that is not always the case with other properties on Booking.com. The Wellness area is also a nice addition after an all day skiing. The dinner was very delicious although small portions. Each and everyone at the restaurant was very kind and professional. There was live music during dinner. The beds and the pillows were very comfortable. There is ample parking and the ski room is very well equipped and conveniently located by the entrance.
