The only negative point was the spa area was not open in the morning for a pre-breakfast swim.

The room was pleasant and large, there was airconditioning, we had a great view on the iconic 'UFO' bridge. The breakfast was generous and the staff very helpful. Everything was very clean. The spa area was great.

I cannot get over this hotel. I would say this is the nicest place I have ever stayed. Staff were extremely friendly on check in and the two men working in the bar were equally as lovely. The hotel was beautiful. We were upgraded to a river view and it was stunning. I wasn’t sure what to expect with the price I paid but it exceeded all expectations. We will be back!

The parking is quite expensive but at least you don't waste time trying to find a free place close to the hotel.

We spent here only one night but It was great stay. Breakfast was really tasty and the room was big - we took one with the view towards the river (Keep in mind that you will hear the public transport/cars then). The whole building is also quite interesting and we really liked it's architecture. And if you like cats then... next to the hotel is great cat-caffee :-)

Everything. The staff, the spacious room, comfortable bed, good air conditioning, the downstairs bar, the breakfast in the main dining room, the location was wonderful. We had a balcony where we could see the Danube.

We only stayed for one night and checked in very late, but the night receptionist was lovely and very helpful. The room was old style comfort, and also with a brand new, large shower. Breakfast was an excellent, warm buffet. Even the bar attendant was generous and extremely welcoming. Altogether excellent.

Not much not to like, just the smoking in the inside bar is very annoying especially the cigars :)

I have been here every year for the past 15 years, so that should be the answer :) every thing. The Location is the best as everything is around you, breakfast superb and opens early at 6.30 which is a big + for early check-outs etc. The SPA is one of the reasons I choose this hotel it's really nice with beautiful swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room and relaxing room. The rooms spacious and very comfortable and clean, the inside and out Bar area is very nice with reasonable prices.

Reception staff could be more friendly and sincere. They are lack of smile on their face.

Very good variety for breakfast. More than 4-star standard, quality are very good and tasty for most of the dishes. Superb location with 5 min walking distance to old town and major attractions. Our river view room comes with very little balcony but with superb view.

I did not like the price for parking, there are not many hotels, that don't have their own parking. And here i think it was booking's problem when i was searching for place it did not said that there is an extra price for parking. After i booked it, i saw that it was specified, and the price for parking was in my extra search criteria for choosing final location.

Great room and price for the room, it is located near center with easy access to main attractions. Room was quite and clean with a loot of space and closets.

amazing location, right on the Danube and close to the center. the room was clean, cozy and with a beautiful view of the river - which was our surprise, as we got an upgrade to the room, for which we are very grateful. the breakfast was delicious, the staff very nice and helpful. we also really enjoyed the wellness, the pool and sauna were ideal for relaxing in the rainy weather

Location is great, just next to the river and around the corner from the centre of the town. Breakfast is superb and room was nice and clean.

The only thing I would like to point out is that the surface of the shower can be very slippery.

The location was perfect - the Danube out of the window and the old town about 1 minute away.The room was very comfortable and quiet. The hotel was very welcoming and the staff very obliging.
