Overall, this is the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The rooms are modern, beautiful, comfortable. The staff were very nice and professional. We arrived after the check-in time and they called to make sure we were okay. The breakfast was excellent, the best I have ever had. The coffee was phenomenal. The service was simply excellent. There was both a buffet and a menu from which you can choose omelet etc. There was a restaurant on the 1st floor, which was expensive, the food was exquisite, but it was difficult to eat there (portions were very small). But it was a very nice experience not to have to go anywhere. It was easy to park the car near the hotel, there were no paid parking spaces.

The only thing - I recommend using the air conditioner, not opening the windows. The church bells were very loud, but that's part of the old town.

The chic decor blended perfectly with the historic surroundings. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, a great start to the day. The included entrance ticket to the nearby water park was a wonderful bonus, offering much-needed relaxation after hiking. One small detail I loved was the incredible softness of the carpet in my room—it felt like a soothing foot treatment after a long hiking day. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and stylish stay!

We'd had a bad experience at a previous hotel, and needed somewhere relaxing and comfortable at short notice. This was perfect for us. Everyone was super nice, including the cat, and the room was modern, clean and impeccably designed.

Superb hotel . Great breakfast and excellent gourmet restaurant. Renata from reception was wondeful- I was unhappy with my assigned room and she gave me an ountstanding room instead. Hotel is located in the beautiful neigborhood of Spisska Sobota

The TV had only Slovak TV on as BBC world was unavailable

The hotel ir very nice looking and fresh. The stuff friendly, professional and creates welcoming atmosphere. The living room was spacious, also bedroom was quite big. I was happy to finally get the place with bath although my shower loving husband got some difficulties to keep the water inside the bath, because there was no shower curtains 🙊 We had to wake up very early first morning before serving breakfast, so they prepared for us breakfast bag the day before 🤍 Next morning we went to included breakfast in restaurant and were pleasantly surprised with after seeing some pictures in reviews. Different cheeses, meats, vegetables also pancakes, cakes, croissants, bread on table and we could also order freshly made omelet, bacon and porridge. Good coffee. The pancakes on table were already cold so I asked maybe they could warm up some, but they kindly made fresh ones, that was very nice of them 😊 The stuff in restaurant and reception really left us with positive impression 👍🏽 Also, I really loved that we had carpet on floor in our room. It was comfortable and pleasant to walk around the room and seemed cozy.

The location was nice, but no much groceries stores around. Even if was, they was closing surprisingly early.

This place is not only very tastefully & stylishly decorated but very clean and comfortable with friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast was also tasty and plentiful. Really recommended!

The bath tub didn’t have a screen and so the water kept falling out. Also it would be nice to have a curtain to give privacy as the door is see through

The room was stylish and very comfortable. We had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, and every dish was exceptionally delicious — it was definitely the right choice to dine here. Breakfast was also a great experience, served in a chic atmosphere where we could relax and enjoy our meal at a leisurely pace. I was thoroughly satisfied.

Excellent staff in Reception and restaurant and a very warm welcome. Nice cosy bar and restaurant, food was excellent. Plenty of free parking on the street. Nice and quiet stay. Room was reasonable value and comfortable, I think the restaurant a little over priced. Various themed rooms, plenty of charm in a well maintained, old building. Close to the airport, a short drive a way. Private sauna available for 50EUR as an extra. Staff spoke great English.

No headboard on my bed, not how I usually sleep so my pillows kept falling off the bed so I didn't sleep too well. Need to provide better quality toilet paper. I had a room with a balcony but it was tiny, not much bigger than my shoes!.

The location of the hotel is superb with easy free parking just in front of the hotel. The hotel staff were very warm, welcoming and helpful. The facilities, just wow! They were all mind blowing, I was truly amazed at the wide range of state of the art facilities there were. Not just that, they were inexpensive to access in comparison to their quality. From well ness spa with saunas, to cigar room, 5 star fine dining, etc. The room was breathtaking, clean, large and cozy. I had the privilege of being shown around by the owner who is very kind and humble. I totally enjoyed my stay, I'll definitely be visiting again.
