For a family with 3 kids, the hot water runs out before everyone has a chance to shower and takes time to reheat.

Wonderful resort in the middle of the woods, up on the mountain with beautiful scenary and cozy feeling everywhere you look. We came with 3 kids for 4 nights and enjoyed everything! The rooms, the heated outdoor pool, the wellness center massage, Johnny the guide that took us for a 2 hour morning walk in the woods, the kids playgoround outside the restaurant that has a trampoline, the drink at the pub in the evening. This place is simply magical!

We stayed in the main building rather than the cottages, and the rooms there were quite small with compact bathrooms – the sink was even placed in the hallway. Sound insulation was also not the best. However, these were only minor drawbacks compared to the overall experience.

The location was perfect, everything was spotless, the spa facilities were excellent, and the food was outstanding – both breakfast and lunch were a real highlight.

Great place to stay, especially for family. Calm place above Jasná with nice wellness, great food, delicious beer and silent nights. Children will be happy to stay there - playground, activities, pool. Friendly staff - always ready to help. Better than we expected!

We had our treehouse a bit dirty from some sort of black dirt or something. It was mainly on radiator in bathroom and the bottom of curtains. Apart from that everything was great.

The location was great, wellness was fabulous a and the food is just great. The gluten-free dishes were also a big plus. Thank you!

Only negative was that there are no shops around - I don’t mean big shopping, just in case you need a little snack or you forgot something

The 60 steps up and down to the ski slope. Food a bit repetitive. Bed very very hard and not a lot of soundproofing between the two tree house units. Housekeeping inconsistent.

Peaceful location close to ski slope. Generally tasty food. Adam on reception was very helpful and the young lady in the restaurant with glasses was friendly. Nice terrace to enjoy a drink and food from the al a carte menu.

The double containers are very poorly sound insulated. You can almost hear every word from your neighbours, so definitely bring ear plugs

Very nice place, and great location right by the Schiepisste. The staff is very kind, helpful. Treehouse is comfortable, relaxing. Dinner and breakfast is rich, delecious and contains many choice.

Limited vegetarian (or vegan!) options. If you are coming to ski I would suggest asking for a property close to the slopes.

The location of the hotel by the ski slopes was fantastic. We really liked the treehouses and enjoyed the hot tubs every night.

Friendliness of the reception staff. They were helping if requested, but not particularly friendly and forthcoming.

Even though the room had plenty of storage space available, the room itself was a bit tiny. The walk from the hotel to the slope is short, but in certain areas it was a bit slippery, it was a bit challenging to manage wearing ski boots.

We got to the hotel earlier than the check in time (noon), they kindly granted us access to the locker room so that we could switch into our ski gear and hit the slopes. The hotel is pretty close to one of the main slopes, you can walk there within 5 minutes. They also arranged a late check out option for us, for which we are grateful. Breakfast and dinner had multiple options to choose from, the dishes were good quality and tasty. They also had lactose free and alternate milk available during breakfast. The bed is comfortable, they have 3 types of pillows for you to choose from (anti allergic, memory foam and classic). Our favorite part was the panorama sauna and the multiple hot tubs in the outside wellness area!
